(c) the ship “Shalimar” had only 9 rolls installed in its anchor system, but money was received for 12 rolls;
(d) the ship “Chitral” which was sent to a Sri Lanka dry dock last year for repair, had issues arise from the surveyor’s failure to change the shafts, impacting the Government treasury;
(e) if so, the financial impact of such occurrences;
(f) whether such negligence has been investigated; if so, the details thereof; and
