Will the Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that despite the identification of significant challenges within the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), such as issues related to beneficiary targeting, insufficient support amounts and administrative inefficiencies like slow processing that hinder the programmes overall effectiveness, there remains a consistent failure to manage and enhance BISP effectively; (b) if so, whether an evaluation of BISP’s performance, particularly regarding the implementation of digital payments and the reduction of human intervention; (c) if so, the details of such assessment and the subsequent actions taken based on the findings; and (d) what measures are currently being implemented to improve BISP, particularly in terms of refining targeting methods, increasing support amounts and integrating digital payment systems to optimize operations and mitigate corruption?

Will the Minister for Climate Change and Environmental Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that as per the latest announcement of the Government of Pakistan is among the top 23 countries facing a major drought emergency; (b) if so, the total population that is expected/estimated to be affected from this drought like situation, indicating also the areas of the country where such vulnerable population is at risk on account of droughts; and (c) what emergency measures have been taken so far in this regard by the Government in order to bring country out of this alarming situation?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) what measures have the Cabinet Division taken to ensure the effective implementation of the principles of separation of powers, particularly in the context of ongoing challenges faced by the judiciary and the executive in Pakistan; and (b) what steps have been taken by the Cabinet Division to improve Inter-Divisional Coordination and collaboration, particularly in the light of the recent changes made in the allocation of business between divisions?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication be pleased to state: (a) the details of items, machinery, material etc purchased from abroad by the Ministry, its attached departments, corporations, authorities and other entities under its administrative control since July, 2018 indicating also the names of countries and companies from which the same were purchased; (b) whether it is a fact that the said items were beingmanufactured or were available in the country; if so, the reasons for purchasing the same from abroad; (c) whether it is also a fact that a number of officers visited those countries, in connection with the said purchase, on the expenses of companies/firms from which those items were purchased; if so, the names and designations of the said officers indicating also the duration of their stay in those countries; and (d) the name of authority who granted permission for the said visits?
