Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Secretariat be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that no traffic signals has been installed at the intersection point of Jasmine and Luqman Hakeem Service Roads Islamabad so far; (b) whether it is also a fact that a number of accidents occurred on the said roads during the last five years; (c) if the answers to parts (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative; the time by which traffic signals will be installed on the said roads by CDA; if not; the reasons thereof?
