Will the Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights Division be pleased to state: (a) whether any legal aid support programme on prohibition of torture has been launched or is proposed to be launched in the Bar Councils in the country; if so, the details thereof; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to investigate and prosecute police officers accused of torture; if so, the details thereof; if not, the justification thereof?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to (a) whether it is a fact that oil prices reduced up to 55% in international market but in Pakistan the same were reduced up to 35%; (b) whether it is also a fact that benefit was not fully transferred to the consumers; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the head under which said saving is being utilized?

Will the Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights be pleased to state whether it is fact that the Junior Private Secretaries BPS 17 working in the Ministry have been granted BPS 18 vide Notification No. F 16(12)/2009-A-IV dated 3-10-2014 while senior most Private Secretaries have not so fa r been granted BPS 18 in accordance with Establishment Division O.M. No. 1/9/80-R-2 dated 2-6-1983 read with Establishment Division U.O. No. 1/3/2008 R-6 dated 15th December, 2014; i f so, the reasons thereof?
