Will the Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights be pleased to state the names and dates of retirement of Chief Justices of the Supreme Court of Pakistan who retired since 1985 indicating also the details of pension, allowances and other fringe benefits such as servants, officials accommodation, plots vehicles (with make and model) and utility bills etc. admissible to them under the rules and of those actually provided them?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state the names and designations of the employees of Pakistan Housing Foundation, Islamabad against whom inquiries are being conducted on charges of fraud, embezzlement and illegal allotment of plots separately indicating also the details of charges and present status of inquiry in each case?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the names, designation and names of departments of the persons who have been allotted Government accommodations on change basis from lower to higher categories in Islamabad since July, 2013 indicating also the categories of their earlier and new accommodations and reasons for change in each case; and (b) the number of applications for change of Government accommodations from lower to higher categories pending at present with category wise break up and the time by which the same will be finalized?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to refer to Senate starred question No.34, replied on 30th October, 2014 and state: (a) the date on which agreement for purchase of land for Government Employees Housing Scheme, Bara Kahu, Islamabad, was signed with M/s Green Tree (Pvt) Ltd; (b) whether development work of the said housing scheme was incorporated in the initial agreement, if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons for involving M/S Green Tree (Pvt) Ltd. in the development work of that scheme at later stage; (c) the last date of hearing of the case filed by M/S Green Tree (Pvt) Ltd. in Islamabad High Court and the names of persons who appeared before the Court on behalf of the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government to settle the matter with M/S Green Tree (Pvt) Ltd. in the best interest of the Government employees?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state the names, designations and names of departments of the persons who have been allotted Government accommodations in Islamabad on fresh and change basis under rule 12 of Accommodation Allocation Rules, 2002 during the last five years indicating also the addresses of previous accommodation and of newly allotted, nature and date of allotment in each case?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the officers in BPS-22 are allotted plots under special quota, if so, the names of such officers who have been allotted the same since March, 2013, indicating also the location of plot and date of allotment in each case?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the details of housing schemes launched by the Pakistan Housing Authority (PHA) in each Province so far; and (b) the details of the said schemes proposed to be launched by that Authority in each Province?

(a) whether it is a fact that PMDC has recommended for closure of Al-Razi Medical College, Peshwar, Hashmat Medical College, Gujarat and Sahiwal Medical College, Sahiwal; and (b) whether any action has been taken on the said recommendations of PIMDC, if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons thereof?
