No. 1(3)R-1/2010/2014 dated 10th September, 2014 instead of up-grading the post of Superintendent; (c) whether it is further a fact that incumbents of the said post are not entitled to the grant of premature increment, increase in rental ceiling / house rent allowance and medical allowance etc. upon their placement in BPS-17, if so, the reasons thereof ; and (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to upgrade the said post as announced by the Finance Minister in the said speech?
