Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the transformer installed in Basti Rao Munawar Kot Abbas Shaheed, Tehsil and District Multan is not capable enough to bear the load of electricity; (b) if so the steps being taken to replace the said transformer and bifurcate the load of electricity through two transformers?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the IESCO has failed to implement its Office Order No. MDF(P)1(III)Vol-II, Part-VIII/3844-52 dated 14th July, 1988 with regard to grant selection grade of to technical employees of BPS-11 and 12 having ten years qualified service at their credit; if so, the justification thereof; and (b) whether it is also a fact that due to non implementation of the said decision many employees of the said category have deprived of such benefit; if so, the steps being taken to implement the said office order/decision in letter and spirit and ensure to extend such benefit to those employees who retired in due course of time?
