Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of medicines available in PIMS and Federal Government Polyclinic Hospital, Islamabad, for OPD, Emergency and Cardiac patients separately; (b) the procedure laid down for reimbursement of amount spent by the Government servants on purchase of medicines which not available in the said hospitals; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to make the said procedure more simple and easy?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Consultants in PIMS, MCH, Federal Government Polyclinic hospital and other Government Hospitals under the administrative control of Capital Administration and Development Division do not attend / check patients in OPDs except in the cases referred to them, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that a large number of patients visit / come to the OPDs in the said hospitals every day, if so, the steps taken / being taken by the Government to cope with the increasing number of patients; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to start evening OPDs in those hospitals in which the consultants will attend / check the patients?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state the Distribution Company (DISC) wise details of the most recent industrial tariff (peak and off peak) determined by NEPRA?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the students who have been awarded scholarships in the centralized examination of Class-V in 2013 have not been paid the amount of scholarship so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the same will be paid to them?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the steps being taken by the Government to provide better health facilities to the patients in PIMS and Federal Government Polyclinic Hospital, Islamabad; (b) the mechanism evolved / set down for evaluation of performance of doctors, para-medical and other staff of the said hospitals; (c) the details of cases of malpractices of doctors, para-medical and other staff of the said hospitals surfaced during the last three years and the action taken in each case; and (d) whether any audit has been carried out into the utilization of medicines purchased through bulk and local purchase by the said hospitals and their allied dispensaries during the said period, if so, the findings thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken by the Government to provide better health facilities to the residents of Islamabad Capital Territory since June, 2013; and (b) the mechanism evolved for the said purpose?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether is a fact that the height of boundary wall of Islamabad Model School (I-V) No. 1, G-9/2, Islamabad is less than the prescribed standard, if so, the time by which the same will be increased; and (b) whether it is also a fact that washrooms and building of the said school are in dilapidated condition, if so, the time by which the same will be repaired/whitewashed?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact a new permanent prade grounds has been or is being prepared near Shakarparian, Islamabad, for the March, 23 parade, if so, the number and age trees cut down due to preparation of that ground; (b) whether the said project was taken up and consulted with Environmental Protection Agency, if so, the report of that agency on the project and if not, the reasons thereof; (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to plant new trees as replacement of the said trees, if so, the details thereof indicating also the proposed location of plantation, the time frame within which the plantation will be completed and the estimated cost of the same; and (d) the name of the Ministry / Department which will bear the cost of the said plantation?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of tariff determined by NEPRA for Thar coal fired power projects indicating also the project cost in US dollars per MW, return on Equity and period for which the tariff is valid (terms of tariff); and (b) whether the return on Equity component is guaranteed, if so, the name of the guarantor entity?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No.73 replied on 6th February, 2015 and state: (a) whether it is a fact that despite the Government directions the U-fone facility / service in Ziarat, Talash, Lower Dir has not been restored so far, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether any legal action has been initiated against the operator for not restoring the service in the said areas, if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to construct a new International Airport in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) to conduct fuel efficiency tests for diesel, furnace oil and gas based independent power producers (IPPs) in the country?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that no funds were allocated under the head of “Free Books” for the students of Federal Educational Institutions in the budget for fiscal year 2013-14, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the names and locations of the established Kachi Abadis in Islamabad; (b) the law / rules regarding ownership rights in the said abadies including “French Colony” in F-7 and Katachi Abadis in F-6 sectors; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to provide basic facilities and improve living conditions in those abadies?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the number of trade agreements made between Pakistan and Afghanistan during the last three years; and (b) the volume of trade between the two countries at present?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development division be pleased to state: (a) the total number of patients registered to receive medical care at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS); (b) the average waiting time for patients wishing to undergo an inpatient procedure at the above hospital; and (c) whether there exists a procedure for patients to provide feedback on the standard and quality of medical care being provided at the above hospital?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state whether any plan has been approved or prepared to expand / upgrade the Karachi, Peshawar and Gawadar Airports, if so, the estimated cost, expected date of completion and increase in the capacity / volume of annual traffic (passenger and cargo) to be catered for after upgradation in each case?
