Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a number of inquiries regarding financial and administrative embezzlements in CDA initiated since March, 2008 have not been finalized so far, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) the names and designations of the officers / officials who were prima facie involved in cases of the said embezzlements indicating also the post they hold at present; (c) the steps being taken by the Government to finalize the said inquires expeditiously; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government to ensure posting of honest and reputed personnel at key posts in CDA?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Climate Change Division be pleased to state: (a) the steps being taken / proposed to be taken by the Government to improve the conditions of climate change in the country; and (b) the amount spent by the Government far the said purpose during the last five fiscal years?

Will the Minister for Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of public parks inaugurated by the Chairman CDA during the last five years with year-wise break-up; (b) whether it is a fact that the said parks have not been properly developed so far, if so, its reasons; (c) the funds provided for the development of those parks during the said period with sector-wise break-up; (d) whether it is also a fact that the said funds have not been utilized for the purpose for which the same were allocated, if so, its reasons; and (e) the steps being taken by the Government to properly develop the said parks?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the value of textile products exported during the ,financial year 2013-14; (b) the value of the said products imported during that period; and (c) the details of benefits which Pakistan can get for textile sector from GSP Plus status accorded by the European Union?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken by the Government to enhance trade with countries in Central Asia, South Asia, South East Asia, East Asia, Middle East, European Union and North America during the last five years indicating also the results thereof; (b) the present balance of trade with the said countries; and (c) the names of countries with which Pakistan has signed bilateral trade agreements during the said period indicating also the details of those agreements?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the names and addresses of the persons who have been allotted agro farms or plots for establishing agro farms, on lease basis, in Islamabad since 2004; and (b) the terms and conditions for allotment of the said plots / farms?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the names of countries with which Pakistan has signed free trade agreements so far indicating also the date of signing of agreement in each case; (b) whether the National Tariff Commission was consulted by the Ministry of Commerce before signing the said agreements, if so, the details thereof; and (c) the balance of trade with each of the said countries, separately, .from the date those agreements came into effect?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) whether the National Tariff Commission (NTC) has suggested any safeguarding measures, tariff's and para tariffs, duties and subsidies on any tariff line in connection with granting MFN status status to India, if so, the details thereof; (b) whether any proposal / suggestion of the said Commission has been incorporated / included by the Government in its negotiations with India, if so, its details; and (c) whether that Commission has ever levied countervailing duties and anti dumping measures / duties on goods being imported from India during the last three years, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state that whether it is a fact that the export of Halal meat and food from Pakistan has considerably decreased during the recent years, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to increase the same?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the names, educational qualification, experience and tenure of the persons who served against the post of Marketing Director, PIA during the last three years; (b) whether it is a fact that Operation Engineers have been appointed against those posts during the said period, if so, its reasons; and (c) whether it is also a fact that Marketing Directors in PIA are drawing salary of Operation Engineers despite the fact that they are serving in other sections / departments?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Benevolent Fund gives a farewell grant to the Government employees on their retirement from Government service, if so, the amount thereof; (b) the number of employees who have been given the said grant during the last two years with grade wise break up; and (c) the details of pending cases for that grant indicating also the reasons for pendency in each case?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that Ufbne has disconnected its service in different areas of Malakand Division during the last six months, if so, the names of those areas with district-wise break-up and reasons for discontinuation of the service?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of sanctioned posts of PSP in BPS 17 and above in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with grade-wise breakup; (b) the number of the said posts lying vacant at present with grade-wise breakup; and (c) the reasons for not filling the said vacant posts so far?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the names and locations of play grounds established / built or upgraded by CDA in Islamabad since 2002 indicating also the amount spent on each of them; (b) whether it is a fact that most of the said grounds are in dilapidated condition and lacking essential facilities, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to improve the condition of those grounds?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state the names and addresses of the widows who were provided financial assistance from Pakistan Bait-UL-Mall during the last one year indicating also the amount of financial assistance provided in each case?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that pipeline for water supply at Rose & Jasmine garden, Islamabad has been damaged / leaking for the last several months due to which drinking water is being polluted; (b) whether it is also a fact that walking track at the said garden has been damaged due to that leakage; and (c) whether it is further a fact that a number of complaints have been made with CDA for repairing of the said pipeline but no action has been taken so far, if so, its reasons and the time by which that pipeline will be repaired / replaced?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of trees planted by CDA in Islamabad during the last three years with year-wise, sector-wise and zone-wise break-up; (b) the number of old and grown up trees in Islamabad; and (c) whether it is a fact that CDA has not carried out numbering of the said trees so far, if so, its reasons?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state the names, place of domicile and present posting of the Federal Secretaries working in the Federal Government?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) installed by each cellular company in the country with province-wise break-up; (b) the authority which approved the installation of the said Base Transceiver Stations (BTS); and (c) the common affects of the equipment on health of nearly residents?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the details of cases of corruption and misappropriation surfaced in the State Life Insurance Corporation during the last five years indicating also the names of the persons involved in those cases and action taken against them; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to control such cases in future?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of major projects of CDA which have been delayed and escalation in cost of which has been allowed during the last five years; (b) whether any action has been taken against the concerned contractors for delay in completion of the said projects; and (c) whether any case of using substandard material in the said projects has been surfaced, if so, the action taken against the contractors, consultants and officers / officials responsible for the same?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of seats reserved for each province for admission in the Federal Dental and Medical College, Islamabad; and (b) the procedure laid down for admission in that college?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the names, designation, date of birth, date of appointment, educational qualifications, previous trainings and experience of the persons who have been appointed, promoted or appointed on deputation basis against the posts of General Managers, Deputy General Managers, Assistant General Managers, Managers, Deputy Managers, Assistant Managers, Trainee Executives reinstated and ELMI Trainees in the State Life Insurance Corporation since 1st January, 2009; (b) whether any action / proceedings have been initiated against the said persons who do not possess the required qualifications, experience or trainings, if so the details thereof; (c) the seniority position of the said officers who have not been promoted so far despite the fact that they fulfill the required qualifications / criteria for promotion; and (d) whether there is any difference in prescribed qualifications and criteria for selection, absorption and regularization of services of the Trainee Executives, FLMI Trainees and employees of that corporation who acquire FLMI qualification, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state as to: (a) the number of trees in F-9 Park, Islamabad, with classification-wise break-up; (b) whether numbering of the said trees has been carried out; and (c) the details of trees planted in the said Park during the last .five years with year-wise break-up?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to sign Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and Preferential Trade Agreement (PTA) with Russian Federation, if so, the details thereof and the progress made in this regard so far; and (b) the steps taken / being taken by the Government to enhance trade with the said country?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state whether financial support under the Benazir Income Support Programme is being provided to the persons belonging to minorities in the country, if so, the number of such persons provided financial assistance under that programme during the last two years with province-wise breakup and if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken by the Government to sign Free Trade Agreement (FTA) or Preferential Trade Agreement (PTA) with Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) so far; and (b) whether it is a fact that signing of the said agreement with the council has been delayed, if so, its reasons and the time by which the same will be signed?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications be pleased to state the details of disabled persons and women appointed against the quota reserved for minorities in the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunications, its attached departments, sub-ordinate offices, autonomous and semi autonomous bodies and corporations under its administrative control during the last three years?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state the amount received from the US led NATO forces for using Pakistan's air space since the beginning of War on Terror in Afghanistan?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state the time by which development work will be started in Park Enclave, Islamabad and the time by which the same will be completed?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether quotas reserved for minorities, disabled and women are being observed in appointments in Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC), if so, the names and designation of the persons appointed against those quotas in that Commission during the last three years; and (b) the number of persons presently working in the said Commission and the number of those working against the said quotas with grade-wise break-up?
