Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of tariff determined by NEPRA for Thar coal fired power projects indicating also the project cost in US dollars per MW, return on Equity and period for which the tariff is valid (terms of tariff); and (b) whether the return on Equity component is guaranteed, if so, the name of the guarantor entity?

Will the Minister for Textile Industry be pleased to state: (a) the salient features of the policy of the Government for import and export of cotton; (b) the salient features of the policy of the Government on the pricing of local cotton crop; and (c) whether it is a fact that the price of Pakistani cotton is lowest in the world as compared to the cotton of equivalent quality produced by other countries?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to provide: (a) the names, designations, date of birth, date of appointment, educational qualifications, previous trainings and experience of the persons working as General Managers, Deputy General Managers, Assistant General Managers, Managers, Deputy Managers and Assistant Managers in the State Life Insurance Corporation as on 31-12-2013; (b) the names of the said officers who have applied for promotion or appointment to the next higher position on the basis of their experience in the said corporation indicating also the action taken thereon in each case; (c) the criteria laid down for appointment/promotion against the said managerial posts in that corporation; and (d) the details of orders of promotion of the persons who have been promoted as Assistant Managers in the said corporation w.e.f. 28th June, 2008?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the names of skill development programmes launched under the Benazir Income Support Programme (B1SP) so far; (b) the number of beneficiaries of each of the said programmes from their inception to March, 2015, with month-wise breakup; and (c) whether it is a fact that BISP skill development programmes of Waseela-i-Rozgar and Waseel-i-Haq have been suspended, if so, the dates from which the same were suspended and the reasons for suspension in each case?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state the names and experience of the incumbent Chairman and Members of the Pakistan Telecommunications Authority (PTA) indicating also the salary, allowances and other fringe benefits admissible to them?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the rate of cyber crimes is increasing in the country; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) the steps being taken by the Government for the prevention of those crimes; and (c) whether any law has been made to control the said crimes, if so, the present status of implementation thereof?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state the quantity of tea imported in the country during the fiscal years 2010-11 and 2011-12 indicating also the names of the countries from where the same was imported?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government for renovation and extension of existing building of Bacha Khan International Airport, Peshawar, and to improve standards of services at that airport in order to bring it at par with other international airports in the country?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to restore flights operation from Saidu Sharif Airport, Swat?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the date on which last auction of the gifts from Tosha Khana was held indicating also the amount received / earned from the same; (b) whether audit of the inventory of gifts/items of the said Tosha Khana is carried out, if so, the details findings of the last such audit; and (c) the expected date of the next auction of the gifts of that Tosha Khana?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state the quota reserved for doctors and post graduate students from Balochistan Province in Hospitals and other Medical institutions under the administrative control of the Capital Administration and Development Division?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state that: (a) the quota reserved for the province of Balochistan in appointments in the Capital Development Authority (CDA); and (b) the number of persons working in the said authority at present and the number of those belonging to Balochistan?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the names of private schools registered under the Islamabad Capital Territory Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Authority (ICT-PEIRA) indicating also the number of branches of each school; (b) the average monthly salary being paid to the full time teachers by the said schools; (c) the average monthly tuition fee being charged from the students by those schools; (d) the number of formal inspections of the said schools carried out by the said Authority during the 2014; and (e) the number of interventions by way of monitoring of those schools made by the Authority during the said year?

Will the Minister Inchrge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the criterion laid down for appointment of members of Boards of Directors of Public Sector Enterprises (PSE) in the country; and (b) whether the present members of the said boards fulfill the said criterion?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the names, designation and place of domicile of the employees of the Ministry of Commerce whose services have been terminated during the present regime indicating also the reasons for termination in each case; (b) the names, designations and place of domicile of the employees of the said Ministry whose services have been regularized during that period; (c) the names, designations and place of domicile of the persons appointed in that Ministry during the said period; and (d) the names and designations of the officers and officials of that Ministry who have been posted abroad during that period and the criteria adopted their posting?
