Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the year in which the last audit of accounts of National Power Construction Company was conducted; and (b) whether any irregularity was surfaced in the report of the said audit, if so, the details thereof and the action taken in the light of that report?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the criteria laid down for appointment of CEO?s of Power Distribution Companies (DISCOs) in the country; and (b) whether it is a fact that CEOs of most of the DISCOs are working on contract basis at present, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state the names and locations of the power projects launched in the private and public sector during the present regime indicating also the generation capacity, present status of implementation and amount spent so far in each case?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that net metering had to be installed at composite industrial units to overcome energy crisis in the country; and (b) the number of net metering panels installed in the country so far with province-wise breakup?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there is only one grid station in Tehsil Oghi, District Mansehra which supplies electricity to District Torghar, Agarwar and Tanawal; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to construct a new grid station in Darband, District Mansehara, if so, when?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to conduct „Water Audit? to ensure best practices of water utilization in power generation, agriculture and municipal bodies, if so, its details and the steps taken by the Government in this regard so far; and (b) whether the Government organize awareness programmes for promotion of conservation and management of water in the country, if so, the details thereof and the results achieved so far through the same?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to redesign the Right Bank Out Drain (RBOD) and Left Bank Out Drain (LBOD) projects in Sindh, if not, the time by which the same will be completed?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether the Province of Sindh is being provided its due share of water as per the 1991 Water Accord; and (b) the time by which Chasma-Jhelum Link Canal will be opened as per the said accord?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state whether it is a fact that National Power Construction Company (NPCC) is not maintaining reserves spinning load which results in a number of black outs in the country, if so, its reasons?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Prime Minister?s Office be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government had purchased land for construction Balakot New City for the earthquake affectees of Tehsil Balakot, if so, the acreage of land purchased for the same; and (b) the amount allocated and spent on the said project so far?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state the steps taken/being taken by the Government to launch a public awareness campaign for energy conservation in the country?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Prime Minister?s Office be pleased to state whether it is a fact that plots in Islamabad have been allotted to officers of the Prime Minister?s Office during the current year, if so, the names, designations of the officers and the costs and size of plot allotted to each officer of the Prime Minister?s Office?

Will the Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan has signed United Nations convention on Child Rights in 1990; (b) whether it is also a fact that the incidents of domestic violence against the children are increasing in the country, if so, the steps taken / being taken by the Government to control the same?

Will the Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights be pleased to state: (a) the number of complaints filed in the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) during the last four years indicating also the number of the same in which inquiries were conducted; and (b) the names, addresses and details of cases of the persons who were released on the basis of plea bargain in the said cases indicating also the amount to be recovered and amount received under the plea bargain in each case?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the number of officers/officials belonging to Balochistan who have been allotted Government accommodations in Islamabad since June, 2013; and (b) the steps taken by the Government to overcome shortage of Government accommodations in Islamabad during the last ten years?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether any discretionary quota in allotment of Government accommodations in Islamabad has been allocated to the Ministry of Housing and Works; and (b) whether the Government has prepared any policy for allotment of the said accommodations on hardship basis, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights be pleased to state the names of the persons acquitted in cases under Juvenile Act during the last four years indicating also the nature of allegations and details of decision in each case?
