Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) the percentage of Pakistanis working in the Gulf countries as compared to India, Sri Lanka, Bangaldesh and China at present; (b) whether it is a fact that Pakistan could not increase its percentage of manpower in the region as compared to said countries; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to increase the said percentage in the said region?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish employment exchange cells to enroll the un-employed persons and give them employments in the country and abroad; if so, when it will be implemented?
