Will the Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage be pleased to stale: (a) whether it is a fact that Karachi Electric has not been depositing the amount to the Government/PTV which it collects from consumers under the head of television fee, if so, the amount outstanding against it under this head at present; and (b) the steps taken/being taken by the Government to recover the said outstanding amount at the earliest?

Will the Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage be pleased to state: (a) whether the telecasting hours of PTV National and PTV Bolan are the same; (b) whether all the languages are given equal time on the said channels, whether it is a fact that separate General Manager, Programme Manager and Director have been appointed for PTV National, Karachi, if so, whether the said post exist in PTV Bolan; and (d) whether it is a fact that number of anchors, participants, poets, writers and artists of PTV Bolan have not been paid their dues for the last one and half years, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) the amount paid as pension to the defence service personnel during the last three years with year wise break up; and (b) whether the said pension is reflected in the defence budget, if not, the date since which it is not reflected and the reasons for the same?

Will the Minister for States and Frontier Regions he pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No. 9, replied on 7th July, 2015 and state the amount allocated for repairing/reconstruction of the educational institutions damaged/destroyed in the war against terror in Dara Adam Khel in the budget for fiscal year 2015-16 indicating also the time by which the said institutions will be Ally repaired/reconstructed?

Will the Minister for States and Frontier Regions be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No. 9, replied on 7th July, 2015 and state: (a) the details of utilization of Rs. 24 million released for the Government Degree College Dara Adam Khel during the fiscal year 2014-15; (b) the details of repair/reconstruction work carried out in the said college so far; and (c) the amount allocated for repair/reconstruction of that college in the budget for fiscal year 2015-16 indicating also the time by which the said college will be fully repaired/reconstructed?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) the procedure laid down for issuance of domicile certificates of Islamabad; (b) whether it is a fact that the Islamabad Administration has not been issuing domiciles to the children of the Government employees who have been working and residing in Islamabad since long, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by the government to issue domicile certificates to the residents of Islamabad at the earliest?
