Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) number of non verified SIMs which have been blocked at present; (b) the number of satellite phones and foreign SIMs being used in the country at present; and (c) whether the said phones and foreign SIMs are registered or traceable in the country?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state that: (a) whether it is a fact that open spaces earmarked in master plan for National Police Foundation Housing Scheme in Sector O-9, Islamabad as approved by CDA are being converted into small residential plots, if so, the action taken by the Government against the same; and (b) whether there is any procedure or mechanism to ensure that open spaces, utility plots and Parks in Housing Schemes are safeguarded from being converted into residential plots?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Climate Change Division be pleased to state: (a) the present status/progress made by Government of Pakistan in connection with compliance to Montreal Protocol (MP) for the protection of Ozone Layer; and (b) the details of any future action plan of the Ozone Cell of the Ministry in this regard?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the details of trade deficit at present and its comparison with the deficit for the last two financial years; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to control/reduce the said deficit?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that land of eighty two villages which was illegally occupied by trespasser in Islamabad Capital Territory has been got vacated; and (b) whether there are any villages out of the said villages which can be developed as Model Villages to attract tourism/tourists, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether any procedure has been laid down to regulate the fires of private airlines in the country, if so, the details thereof; (b) the rate of tax imposed on the said fares; and (c) the details of air fare of PIA and private airlines in the country for various routes as on 2nd August, 2015?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken by the Government to remove encroachment on 60 acre land near Bari Imam and 20 acre land on Kashmir Highway, Islamabad; (b) the time by which the said encroachments will be removed; and (c) the action taken against the CDA officials to have failed to remove the said encroachments so far or who are responsible for those encroachments?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the decision of Federal Services Tribunal (FST) and Islamabad High Court regarding up-gradation of posts of Assistant from BPS-14 to BPS-16 has not been implemented by the Government so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the same will be implemented?

Will the Minister Incharge of Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the names and place of domicile of the persons working against the top posts in PIMS; (b) the rules under which the persons were appointed/promoted to present positions; and (c) whether the said persons fulfill the criteria/qualifications laid down for posts against which they are working?

Will the Minister for Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of posts in BPS 1 to 21 in PIMS which are lying vacant at present with grade-wise and province-wise break-up; and (b) the procedure laid down for filling the said vacancies?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Prime Minister of Pakistan has allocated Rs. 3 Billion for up-gradation and re-carpeting of roads in Islamabad in the budget 2015-2016; and (b) the names and length of the roads on which the said amount will be spent indicating also the amount proposed to be spent on each road?

Will the Minister Incharge of Aviation Division be pleased to state the time by which new Islamabad International Airport at Fateh Jang will become operational?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the names of countries with which Pakistan has free/professional trade agreements at present; (b) the volume of trade of Pakistan with those countries at present; and (c) the balance of trade of Pakistan with the said countries at present?

Will the Minister Incharge of Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the quota reserved for FATA in the hospitals under the administrative control of the Capital Administration and Development Division; (b) the number of persons belonging to FATA presently working in those hospitals against the said quota; and (c) the number of vacant posts of the said quota presently lying vacant in the said hospitals with grade-wise break-up?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that PIA is not following CAA guidelines, especially in case of delay in flights, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether there is any penalty for not observing the said guidelines in letter and spirit, if so, the details thereof?
