Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the year-wise total funds spent on Human Resource Development (HRD) during the last five years; (b) whether it is a fact that very meager funds are being allocated, released and utilized for HRD in the country; (c) whether it is also a fact that Pakistanis have failed to obtain jobs in the international and domestic markets due to insufficient budgetary allocations therefor; (d) if the answer to part (a)above is in the affirmative, the steps are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a notification was issued on 5-11-2012 by the Higher Education Commission for the establishment of the National Technology Council (NTC); if so, the progress made thereupon so far; (b) whether it is also a fact that the appointments of the Chairman and staff of NTC are not being made; (c) whether it is further a fact that the NTC is not functioning; (d) if the answers to parts (b) and (c) above are in the affirmative, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Capital Development Authority sold out/auctioned a number of valuable plots in Islamabad during the last five years; if so, the justifications thereof; and (b) the plot-wise amount accrued from the said sale alongwith utilization thereof?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that 25% area must be covered by forests in all countries of the World; (b) whether there are forests on 25% of the total area in Pakistan; if not, the steps being taken by the Ministry to enhance the said area upto 25%; and (c) the year-wise percentage of deforestation made in the country during the last five years?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish a Heart Surgery Department in the Federal Government Polyclinic Hospital, Islamabad; if so, when it will be implemented?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that students of B-Tech of some Universities in the country have been facing serious issues relating to the recognition of their degrees; if so, the names of the Universities whose B-Tech degrees have not been recognized by the Higher Education Commission so far; and (b) the steps taken by the Government to address the said issue?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the US Embassy has been allowed to build/establish six barriers/barricades in the Diplomatic Enclave, Islamabad; and (b) whether this is under mutual agreement of similar kind for the Pakistan Embassy in Washington D.C?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that an inquiry has been conducted against those students who got Degree of Graduation from University of the Punjab, Lahore from 2005 to 2015 by producing fake Certificates of Secondary and Higher Secondary School Certificates; (b) whether it is also a fact that the Degrees awarded to those students have been withdrawn; if so, the details including addresses of those students; and (c) the action taken against those students?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state whether the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad has conducted any inquiry against those students who have utilized Degrees issued by the Axact during the last five years till date; if so, the details; if not, the reasons therefor?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the total number of students who obtained Higher Secondary School Certificates (HSSCs) from the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad by submitting fake Secondary School Certificates (SSCs) during last five years till date; (b) the total number of students against whom inquiry was conducted regarding fake SSCs; and (c) whether HSSCs have been cancelled/withdrawn during the said period?

Will the Minister In-Charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that encroachments have been made in the Government Houses of Category A, B and C Type at Sector G-9/2, Islamabad; (b) whether it is also a fact that all such encroachments are being made in connivance with the Capital Development Authority; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the time by which the said encroachments will be removed alongwith the reasons not to remove them so far?
