Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state the number of officers belonging to Sindh and Balochistan presently working in WAPDA?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state that: (a) the number of Government residences available with the Ministry of Housing and Works at present with category-wise break-up; (b) the procedure prescribed for allotment of the said residences; and (c) the names of Government employees presently on general waiting list indicating also the name of department and date of application in each case with category-wise break-up?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the year in which the last audit of accounts of OGDCL was conducted; and (b) whether any irregularity was surfaced in the report of the said audit, if so, the details thereof and the action taken in the light of that report?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the quota allocated to the Federal Government employees, employees of the Constitutional Bodies and other persons in allotment of plots, houses and flats in the schemes launched by the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation indicating also the basis on which that quota has been allocated; (b) whether it is a fact that recently the quota allocated to the employees of the constitutional bodies has been reduced, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to enhance the quota for the employees of the said bodies, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the details of corruption cases surfaced in the housing schemes launched by the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation during the last ten years indicating also names and designations of the persons found involved in the same and action taken against them in each case; and- (b) the steps taken/being taken by the Government to control corruption in the said Foundation?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Asian Development Bank (ADB) has provided financial assistance for the construction of the Nelum Jhelum Hydro Power Project and Dasu Dam, if so, the amount thereof; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to obtain further financial assistance from the ADB or other international donors or financial institutions for the said projects, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the electricity worth Rs. 2000 billions is being stolen annually in the country; if so, the steps being taken by the Government to control the same; and (b) the amount recovered on account of said theft by the present Government so far?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether is it a fact that Pakistan Housing Authority launched a project for construction of “D-type” flats for low paid Government employees in Sector G-10/2, Islamabad, in 2008 which was scheduled to be completed by July, 2010; (b) whether it is also a fact that the said project has not been completed so far, if so, the reasons thereof; (c) the details of firms, contractors, sub-contractors which were awarded contracts of the said project; (d) whether it is further a fact that irregularities, involving millions of rupees, in the said project have been pointed out in the audit report of the Auditor General of Pakistan 2012-13, if so, the action taken against the persons responsible for the same; and (e) the time by which the said projects will be completed and possession of the flats will be handed over to the allottees?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No. 110, replied on 12th August, 2015 and state the steps taken by the Government to allot plots to the retired employees of the Constitutional Bodies who have got membership under the Membership Drive of Phase-I after retirement?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state the quantum of water presently being received by each province and FATA from rivers and other water sources in the country?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state the quantum of electricity presently being generated through hydel, gas, thermal, solar and wind etc. with province-wise break up including FATA?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that no allocation of separate funds for the maintenance work has been made to the Public Works Department (PWD) during the current financial year, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) the year wise breakup of the said allocation made during the last three years; and (c) whether it is also a fact that the funds allocated to the PWD for payment of salaries to their employees during the current financial year are being utilized for the purpose of maintenance work, if so, the measures adopted by the government to stop such practice?

Will the Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights be pleased to state: (a) the number of reports published by the council of Islamic Ideology since its constitution with years-wise breakup; and (b) the number of the said reports presented to each House of the Parliament so far; (c) the number of the above said reports discussed so far in each House of the Parliament indicating also the number of legislation made on those report; and (d) the details of those reports of the CII lying pending on which legislation has not been carried out?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the province wise breakup of the number of new domestic natural gas connections given to the consumers, by the government, during the last two years; and (b) criterion adopted for the above said connections?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to withdraw the subsidies being given to the domestic electricity consumers in the country at present, if so, the reasons thereof indicating also its justification?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) the number of applications received for the Government Hajj scheme, 2015; (b) the number of applicants declared successful as a result of ballot for the said scheme; (c) the number of applicants dropped due to death, illness and any other reasons; (d) the number of persons send in place of those replaced under the above said scheme; and (e) the names and complete addresses of those persons replaced due to death, illness and any other reason?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government would provide gas facility to the excelled inhabitants after completion of Iran-Pakistan gas pipeline project; (b) the names of the cities from where gas pipe line of the said project passes; and (c) whether it is also a fact that royalty on the said gas would be given to the Government of Balochistan, if the answer is in affirmative, the percentage / amount thereof?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the names, educational qualifications, experience, nature of appointments and criterion adopted for the appointment of CEOs/MDs of DISCOs and GENCOs; (b) the qualification and experience prescribed for the Board of Directors of the said DISCOs and GENCOs indicating also the criterion adopted for the appointment of those Directors; and (c) whether the Boards of Directors of the above said DISCOs and GENCOs are in order?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state that whether the present PSO Board is in order and working according to the laid down procedure / requirement?

Will the Minister for Parliamentary Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the dates of appointments of members of Election Commission of Pakistan from all the four Provinces indicating also their date of retirement along with the complete details of salary, perks and privileges etc. being paid to the said members during the period of their tenure; and (b) the number of meetings held by the said members after joining the office of Election Commission of Pakistan so far indicating also the ratio of participation of each member in the said meetings?

Will the Minister for Parliamentary Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the grade wise number of officers (BS 17 to 22) working in the Election Commission of Pakistan; and (b) the number of officers granted extension in service during the last five years in each case separately?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the House No. 51-b, street No. 40, G-6/1-2, is illegally occupied by a retired government employee since 2013; (b) the number of illegal occupants of all types of the government accommodations in Islamabad, even after their retirements, at present; and (c) the reasons for not getting the said government accommodations vacated from such retired employees so far indicating also the reasons for granting relaxation in this regard?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the quantity of petrol and Natural gas (MCFD) produced in the country during the last five years with province-wise break separately; (b) the contribution of money to the national exchequer out of the production of Petrol and Gas with province-wise and year-wise break-up during the said period; and (c) whether it is a fact that the province are being paid by the federal government out of the production petrol and Gas, if so, the ratio of payment with province-wise and year-wise break-up during the above said period?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Prime Ministers Office be pleased to state the date on which ERRA has started construction work on Oggi to Darband Road indicating also the date of its completion?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state the number, names, designations of those officers in grade 21 and 22 along-with the names of their respective department who were allotted plots during the last two years?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state the volume of LNG provided by the PSO to IPPs during the last four months indicating its cost?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state whether it is a fact that a number private oil exploring companies along with the Government owned corporations like OGDCL and PPL are exploring oil and natural gas in the country, if yes, the names and details of those companies and the said government owned corporations along with the discoveries made in the said areas during the last year?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a Chinese Company namely Dong Fong has constructed a hydel power project at Jinnah Barrage, Miawali, if so; (b) the date of commencement of the work on the said project along with its date of completion indicating also the capacity and the cost involved; and (c) whether the said project has been handed over to WAPDA or otherwise?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the names and educational qualifications of sub-engineers promoted as engineers in PESCO, in January, 2014 indicating also the names of educational institutions from where they received their degrees; and (b) the names, place of domicile and grades of those persons appointed in PESCO since January, 2015 to date?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that under the relevant rules a 50 kv transformer is provided / installed on the basis of 48 electricity connections; (b) if answer to part (a) above is in affirmative then whether the said rule is being followed in letter and spirit to avoid burning of transformers due to heavy load and loss to the exchequer; and (c) the number of the above said transformers burnt due to heavy load during the last year?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the transformers installed in village Darkali Shar Shahi, Tehsil Kallar Syedan, District Rawalpindi, are dysfunctional for the last several months, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the reasons for not making the said transformers functional so far and the time by which the same will be made functional?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state whether it is a fact that transmission lines/electricity wires installed in village Chaper, Tehsil kallar Syedan, District Rawalpindi, have passed their life span, if so, the time by which the same will be replaced?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether if is a fact that 50 kv electric transformer installed in village phaldar,union council Naka pani , Tehsil Oggi, District Mansehra has gone out of order due to heavy load; (b) whether it is a fact that the residents of the above said village got the said transformer repaired on self finance basis and thereafter one of its coil burnt again; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the government to replace the said transformer with the capacity of 100 kv, if so, the expected date of its replacement, if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the WAPDA recovers its line loss through charging its consumers who pay their electricity bills; and (b) the number of cases registered by the IESCO and PESCO against theft of electricity since 1st June 2015, and the action taken against them?

Will the Minister for Water & Power be pleased to state whether it is fact that International Organizations including IMF and World Bank in their reports have indicated that the Indus system in the country is fast becoming a "closed basin" in which all of the available renewable resources are already allocated for use, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to find ways for efficient usage of available water and alternatives in the country?
