Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a number of private schools in Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) collect Rs.4000 to Rs.5000 (approximately) from each student on account of annual charges in every academic year, if so, the authority / law under which the said collection is being made from the said students; and (b) the names of those schools in ICT which collect the above said charges?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of pilots and crew members of PIA who are not deputed on flights presently due to shortage of aircrafts and the monthly emoluments being paid to them; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the PIA to purchase aircrafts in near future, if yes, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of corruption cases in CDA which are under investigation and under trial at present along with the dates since when the said cases are under investigation and under trial; (b) the names and designations of the CDA officers / officials found involved in those cases and the action taken against each of them; and (c) the steps being taken to expedite the investigation and trial of the above said cases?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the length of Islamabad Expressway proposed to make signal free; (b) the length of Expressway which is proposed to make five lanes; (c) the estimated cost of the said projects; and (d) the date of completion of the above said projects?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications be pleased to state: (a) the amount collected under the USF Fund so far; and (b) the names of projects in FATA funded through the above said fund along-with the names of ongoing projects under the said fund?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons presently working in Pakistan International Airlines (PIA); (b) whether appointments in that airline are made in accordance with provincial quota; and (c) the names, parentage and designations of the persons belonging to FATA who are presently working in the said airline?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No. 60, replied on 17th September, 2015 and state: (a) the names of the retired persons working against any of the 29 top positions in PIMS indicating also the positions they held previously and their job description in that position; and (b) whether retired persons can be appointed in PIMS under the relevant rules and regulations?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the names and place of domicile of the persons presently working against top posts in National Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine (NIRM) and Federal Government Poly Clinic (FGPC); and (b) the number of posts presently lying vacant in the said hospitals and the reasons for not filling the same so far?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons who are performing dual duty as teaching as well as non-teaching staff in PIMS; and (b) whether performing of dual duty is permissible under the concerned rules and regulations?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of aircrafts obtained on lease by PIA at present indicating also the names of lessor and the amount paid for the same; (b) the number of aircrafts with PIA at present; and (c) the number of persons presently working in PIA, including those posted abroad, with rank-wise breakup?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the amount spent on renovation of Parliament lodges during the last two years; (b) the names of firms / contractors to which the contracts for the said renovation works were awarded; (c) the procedure adopted for awarding contracts of the said works; and (d) the amount spent on purchase of new appliances and furniture, separately, for those lodges during the said period indicating also the procedure adopted for purchasing the same?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the time by which the work of renovation of Peshawar Airport will be completed; (b) the steps taken / being taken by the Government to make the said airport safer and more secure; and (c) the steps taken / being taken by the Government to attract more foreign airlines to operate their flights from that airport?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the salient functions of Pakistan Horticulture Development and Export Board; and (b) the names, designation, date of appointment, educational qualifications and experience of the officers working in the said Board indicating also the salary, allowances and other fringe benefits admissible in each case?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the actual route of the Gamriya nullah located near Chattah Bakhtawar, Islamabad, has been diverted and narrowed down; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the water of said nullah overflows during the Monsoon seasons and causes losses of lives and properties of residents of the surrounding areas, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to prevent such destruction; and (c) whether it is further a fact that the land of said nullah has been illegally acquired and made part of Mehrban Town, which is a private housing society, if so, the action taken / being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to ban the import of specialized vehicles of more than five years old model, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons who were working in the Ministries / Divisions and Departments which were devolved to provinces under 18th amendment in the Constitution at the time of devolvement; (b) the number of the said persons who were sent to provinces after devolution of their departments; (c) the number of the said persons who were accommodated in other Federal Government Departments after that devolution; and (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to send the remaining employees of the said Ministries / Divisions and departments to the provinces, if so, its details?
