The reason to form Government Girls degree Collage Mudeen was to give fundamental right to the people of Upper Swat. It is the second collage for girls after Mingora where girls can get higher education. Collage has been formed from two years. In its first year, girls were not given admission in graduation and collage administration is continuing this attitude this year as well. Hundreds of girls will lose their fundamental right to education which is violation of law and constitution. There are sufficient teachers in the collage. A nearby building could be rented for class rooms. If there is any shortage of teachers then department can hire some locals on contract who are in master’s level.
