4 This House strongly condemns the Indian Armed Forced unprovoked and indiscriminate ceasefire violations o f the Line of Control (LoC ) and Working Boundary (WB ) since 30th September. 2014 including on Eid-ul-Azha day, resulting in deaths of 14 innocent civilians, injuries to 65 others and heavy material losses. This House expresses its heartfelt condolences with the bereaved families and prays for the full recovery of those wh o sustained injuries. This House expresses its appreciation and admiration for the courage and bravery of the Armed Forces and lauds the restraint exercised by them in the face of Indian provocations. It also notes and appreciates the resolve expressed by the National Security Committee to thwart any threat to Pakistan's territorial integrity and sovereignty. This House expresses its concern for the plight of Kashmiris in Jammu & Kashmir living under Indian occupation and non-fulfillment of their right to self determination. This House calls upon the Government, while pursuing bilateral dialogue, to request the United Nations and the international community to play their due role In settling the Kashmir dispute in accordance with the wishes of the people of Kashmir as this dispute remains the main bone of contention in Pakistan - India relations and a constant source of tension. 5 The resolution condemned the terrorist attack on Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman and demanded a transparent investigation. The resolution said the attack was part of internal and external conspiracies to destabilise Pakistan and roll back democratic system in the country. It said the enemy forces want to spread sectarianism in the country. The resolution also said the external forces can not stop or distract the Ulema of pakistan from their mission which is to eradicate sectaranism, progress of pakistan, Supermacy of Islam, promotion of democracy and implementation of Shriah. 5 On the occupation of Kashmir Black Day, the National Assembly of Pakistan reiterates its continued political, moral and diplomatic support to the just struggle of the people of Jammu and Kashmir towards achieving their right to self-determination enshrined in numerous United Nations Resolutions. It salutes the valiant people of Jammu and Kashmir for resisting the Indian occupation despite brutal atrocities perpetrated by the Indian security forces with impunity. This House expresses concern over the gross violations of the human rights of the Kashmiri people including the denial of their inalienable right to self-determination. Denouncing the killing o f the innocent Kashmiris, continued arrests and detention of the Kashmiri leaders, this House calls upon India to release all political prisoners specially the leadership of Kashmiri people. This House further calls upon India to put an end to the sufferings of the people of Jammu and Kashmir by completely repealing all draconian laws implemented in Indian Occupied Kashmir. This House notes with regret the Indian attempt to malign the legitimate Kashmiri freedom struggle by denigrating it as terrorism and appreciating that the Kashmiris condemn terrorism in all its forms and manifestations. This House reaffirms that elections held in Jammu and Kashmir are not a substitute to the plebiscite under UN auspices in accordance with the UN Security Council and UNCIP Resolutions. This House urges the international community to take effective steps for safeguarding the human rights of the Kashmiri people including their right to self-determination and stresses the importance of sustained international engagement to facilitate a just and peaceful solution of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute.
