4 | This is a reality that the function of Anti- Narcotics Force is to stop drugs/narcotics in the country. Due to increase in smuggling of these drugs, mostly the youth is addicted in it. Consequently, not only their future seems bleak but also their lives are at risk. There is need to address the issue. Therefore, it is requested to the provincial assembly to coordinate with federal government and for the effective responsibility of Anti-narcotics force, the steps be taken in the province in order to stop drugs and its smuggling | Private | Adopted |
4 | The heavy investment is done by multinational companies and other big projects in the country. Consequently, the economic and social responsibility lies on these projects and MNCs. There is long term investments in the Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR).Due to lack of legislation, either the process of investments is ignored or it is used for the development and welfare of the society. Therefore, such companies should realize the fact that from where these earn profit they should be responsible to take the active social activists on board so that they fulfil social responsibilities. Through this the project activities will remain apparent. Besides, the district administration and investors should make the process of CSR transparent and people friendly. Therefore, it is recommended to the provincial government that that for CSR there should be clear method and it should be given legal safety. Besides, the legislation should be ensured.
