They have also been appeared and checked by different departments of Sindh Government, despite all this, these books are being provided to students by Education Department and are in use. Jufelhurst School in Soldier Bazar, a protected heritage, under section 6 of the Sindh Cultural Heritage (Preservation) Act, 1994 built by a lady by the name of Sybil D’ Abreo on her own property in 1931 has been demolished on the night between Saturday and Sunday 8th and 9th April, despite protest of the Head Master of the School and the adjoining neighbourers. Even when the Police reached the spot on complaint, it too failed to stop these philistines. This House resolves that not only the culprits including the members of the law enforcing agency who witnessed this demolition with relish be punished but also the school building be reconstructed as a Model School immediately at the cost of the plunderers.
