On 2nd May 2016 a question was asked in Provincial Assembly regarding Elementary and Secondary Education Department to know if there were any transfers of Grade 15 employees were made from other districts to Education Department, Peshawar. If so, how many employees were transferred to district Peshawar from May 1, 2013 till date along with their names, father name, address and copies of domicile and CNIC’s. Eleven months have been passed yet the reply of aforementioned question was not received. I visited Speaker office to meet Mr. Speaker and register complain regarding non provision of reply from the department concerned. Mr. Speaker directed the Secretary Provincial Assembly to ask the concern department to provide the reply within three days but it was not provided. I also paid three visits to Education department office to meet in person with Secretary Education Mr. Shehzad and Special Secretary Qaisar Alam to get the reply on my question but returned empty handed. On Thursday, 30th March, I once again visited the office of Education department where Secretary and Special Secretary were present in the Conference room. They informed me that they do have the spare time to answer me or address my query. As a member of the Provincial Assembly not only mine but the privilege of this august House’s was breached. Therefore, I urge the House to direct the Provincial government, Chief Minister, and Chief Secretary to immediately suspend officials involved in misbehave for their irresponsible and misconducting attitude towards public representatives and hold legal inquiry against them and refer this matter to Privilege committee

Mr. Speaker, on April 4, 2017, I made a phone call to DGHS and argued the transfer of Electrician, Molvi Gi from Peshawar Hospital to a vacant post in Regional Health Centre (RHC), Garah Tajik. According to my opinion, the vacant post which was in my constituency should be filled through fresh appointment and from proper channel by giving prior ad on newspapers. I told the DGHS that transferring an existing government servant to another vacant post is against the law. On that, she became angry and used unwarranted words against me and trashed my view point. She said that it is not her responsibility to become answerable to every member of Provincial Assembly. Therefore, due to misbehave of DGHS with me and her unsatisfactory response on my query, my privilege was breached. She is ‘mentally retard’ and misfit for the post she is baring. Strict action should be taken against her and my Privilege Motion should be referred to committee concerned for complete inquiry of the matter. I urge the House to issue the directive to suspend the said officer till the completion of inquiry against her and appoint an appropriate and competent office as DGHS as her replacement
