Under Rule 56 of Assembly’s Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business 1974, I give notice of the Privilege Motion to discuss the accident on June 21, 2017 (MPA’s vehicle ran over a traffic warden) and its aftermath. The First Information Report of the accident was registered against unknown persons and I attended the Assembly Session after the accident. The police and FC personnel raided my house without any magistrate. Their raid gave my impression as a dacoit or criminal. This incident has breached my privilege as Member of the Provincial Assembly. Therefore, it is moved to hold this motion in order
