Sitting No. Resolution Type of Resolution Status
1 This House expresses its deep grief and anger on the brutal killings of Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar (Burma) and condemns the inhumane treatment of Muslims in the country. It is the responsibility of United Nations to take notice of this cruelty, the violation of fundamental human rights and the discrimination against people on the base of religion, color, creed and culture. No religion, international law or charter preaches hate against human beings. The religion is a matter of free choice for everyone and nobody can be killed on the basis of this choice. It is therefore responsibility of the United Nations Security Council, leaders of the world nations, independent world organizations and the democratic governments to take immediate steps to stop the genocide of the Rohingya Muslims. This House shares the grief of the affected families of Rohingya Muslims. Therefore, this House recommends to the provincial government to approach the federal government in order to seek help of Muslim and non-Muslim countries as well as the United Nations Peace Corps for ending the killings of Rohingya Muslims Joint Adopted
