6 | Despite protests by the Muslim Community all over the world, the US Embassy was opened at Jerusalem on 14th May 2018, the day when 70 years ago, Israel with the connivance of UK, illegally and forcibly occupied the Palestinians land. The inauguration of the Embassy at Baitul Muqaddus was protested by the unarmed Palestinians, when the Israeli force not only teargased but opened fire that killed 55 including six boys below 16 years of age and injured 2400 Palestinians. 6 | This House condemns murder of two individuals belonging to Hindu community in Hub, Baluchistan. Murder of Jepal and his son Darshan Lal indicate the level of security threats faced by minorities in Baluchistan. Recently, there has been an increase in number of violent attacks on Hindu community in Baluchistan. This House urges the Government of Baluchistan to investigate incidents of violence against Hindu community. Further, it should take necessary actions against perpetrators of these crimes and provide security to Hindu community in the Province. | Joint | Adopted |
12 | This House condemns the cruel act on the part of Sindh Building Control Authority regarding termination/ removal from services of the employees who were appointed between 2011-2015 and were regularized after completion of their probationary period and satisfaction of the administration of the department followed by verification of credentials/ degrees. Such an act will not only increase unemployment in the Province but also hurt the trust upon public functionaries and Government of Sindh. The Secretary to Government of Sindh, Local Government Department shall restrain to remove the confirmed employees of SBCA and other employees of Sindh Government Departments & the all cases of deputed employees shall be referred to Ministerial Committee (Headed by the Minister for Law and the Minister for Local Government) for further verification of legalities & Testimonial. | Joint | Adopted |
