For the above purpose, the honourable Speaker, in consultation with the honourable Chairman Senate and the Leaders of the House and Opposition, respectively, is authorized to appoint the said Special Committee comprising fifty percent members from the Treasury and fifty percent from the Opposition, based on their strength in Majlis-eShoora (Parliament). The total strength of the Committee shall be thirty members out of which ten shall be from the Senate; and as and when so required, he may make changes in the composition of the Committee in consultation with the respective Leaders of the House and the Opposition.
