1 The two-finger test (TFT) as part of the medical evaluation following a rape or sexual assault violate women’s rights as well as women’s space and dignity. The test is an extreme invasion of women’s privacy and bodily integrity. Whereas, rape survivors are not informed about their rights to refuse to conduct these tests and normally they are not consented too to disclose the result of these tests to third party which is also violence upon women inflicted by the state itself and which is clear violation of Article 14 of the Constitution. Whereas, World Health Organization (WHO) also indicated that two-finger test hold neither scientific nor medical value. Therefore, this Assembly recommends to Provincial Government to further recommends to Federal Government for demanding banning of two-finger test (TFT) as it has already banned in neighboring countries Private Deferred
