Alleged unfair distribution of development funds under different nomenclatures by the Federal Government

(a) Amendment of rule 70.- In rule 70, in the proviso, the words “one day before” the words “day of prorogation” shall be substituted. (b) Amendment of rule 73.- In rule 73, in the first proviso, for the words “on the day current session is prorogued”, the words “on the very next day of prorogation of the session” shall be substituted.

Amendment in rule 201 .- In rule 201, after subrule (7), the following new sub-rule (8), shall be added:- “ (8) Each Ministry shall submit departmentwise monthly performance report of subjects assigned to it including statement of its accounts in terms of budget allocated in each head, and expenditure made therefrom not later that 15th day of next month of a preceding month along with a certificate duly signed by the Secretary of the concerned Ministry that whether or not, the Chief Finance and Accounts Officer fulfilled his responsibility during the period for examination of the Committee.”
