He further pointed out the incident of three murders in Jani Khail tribe who are protesting with their dead bodies in front of Miran Shah Police Station but no one from Provincial or Federal Governments has looked into the issue. The Member further pointed out that on raising the above referred issue, by leaders of various political parties, the Deputy Commissioner, South Waziristan arrested them under section 3 of MPO and sent them to jail
