3 Whereas, daily capacity of power generation of Habibullla Coastal Power Plant 124 Megawatt and at present it is generating 70/80 megawatt a day while government of Pakistan is charging amount of 124 megawatt from WAPDA, which is a great injustice being meted out to this province. This House therefore, calls upon the provincial government to contact the Federal Government that it should make administration of Habibullah Coastal Power Company bound to run the plant at 124 megawatt to generate the required electricity. Furthermore, the company should also be made bound to run Black Start emergency generator. While in case of any disobedience the agreement may be cancelled under 18th amendment and their supply of Gas may also be suspended Joint Adopted
3 District is Zhob is a backward areas and due to absence of Cadet college in the area its students have to take admission in cadet colleges of remote areas and this situation is creating sense of deprivation among the students of the district, besides wastage of their precious time. This House calls upon the Provincial Government to take emergent steps fro the establishment of a cadet college in the district, so as sense of deprivation amon the people of the area could come to an end Private Not Taken Up
3 This House calls upon the Provincial Government to take steps for creation of new districts in the thickly populated and far flung areas including Tehsil Duki of Loralai district, Tehsil Kakar Khorasan of District Zhob and District Qilla Saifullah, Tehsil Khanozai of district Pishin, Tehsil Gulisatan, Tehsil Toba Achakzai and Tehsil Chaman of Qilla Abdulla, Tehsil Zehri of District Khuzdar and a new district comprising Halqa PB-V and PB-VI fo Quetta district. Whereas, District Kachhi may also be divided into two districts, so as problems of these areas could be resolved Joint Not Taken Up
3 This House calls upon the Provincial Government to contact the Federal Government to strongly condemn the toppling of a Democratic Government in Egypt and worst violence of its history. Moreover, this should also be demanded of the International Community through our Foreign office to play tis role to put an end to ongoing torture and violence by the military regime in Egypt, so as ongoing bloodshed of Egyptian Muslim brothers could come to an end, and a democratic process could be started in Egypt again Private Not Taken Up
4 This House calls upon the Provincial Government to contact the Federal Government that to end its behavior like a stepmother with Balochistan which is a National Bureau. International flights inside Balochistan are less or have been surely stopped may be restored immediately and also fares for Quetta to Islamabad and Karachi may be reviewed. As usual Hajj operation from Quetta may be continued in forthcoming Hajj Days Joint Adopted
6 Whereas, National Commission for Human Development (NCHD) program was launched under Presidential Ordinance 2002 in different districts of Balochistan including Bolan, Jhal Magsi, Naseerabad, Mastung, Chagai, Khuzdar, Washuk, Awaran Harnai, Qilla Abdullah, Qilla Saiullah and Panjgur to end educational backwardness and to raise literacy rate in these areas under. Under this programme teachers and employees posted in these areas played an active and effective role on their post. As now this programme is being put to end which has created great anxiety among the teachers and the employees. This House calls upon the provincial government to contact the Federal Government to review its decision regarding closing down NCHD programme and its offices. So as anxiety among the teachers and employees could come to an end Joint Adopted
7 It may be mentioned that despite product of Balochisetan the price Sui gas in this Zone is 70-93 rupees per kg while in Lahore and Karachi its price is 64-90 rupees, which is a great injustice to province of Balochistan. At present 5 CNG stations have been completed in the province but in absence to any exemption from government’s ban and OGRA’s will full negligence these stations and still lying closed, depriving the owners of these stations of starting their business. This House therefore, call upon the provincial govt: to contact the Federal Govt: that permission may be given to make these CNG stations operational, whereas, CNG rates may be brought at par with other privinces of the country, so as, this discriminatory attitude with Balochistan could come to an end Private Not Taken Up
7 This House calls upon the Provincial Govt: to contact the Federal Government that due to poor condition Zhob to Dera Ismail Khan road is not useable fro traffic and this situation is causing great problems for the people of the province in making access to the other provinces. Keeping in view the situation Zhob-Dera Ismail Khan road via Dana Sar may be prepared, repaired and expanded. So as people of the province could find easy access to Punjab nd Khyber Pakhtunkhwa without wasting of any time Private Not Taken Up
7 Whereas, Recodiq Copper and Gold project is underway in Chagai under the supervision of Samar Mubarak Mand and the local people have the first right of employment in this project. However, in contrary 80 percent employees on different posts in this project have been appointed from Punjab, which is a great injustice to Balochistan Province. Moreover, strict terms and conditions have been set for new appointments which is tantamount to deprive the people of the area from these jobs. Similarly, representatives of this area have also been kept uninformed from this project. This region is rich in natural resources but its people are leading a vary poor life due to unemployment and poverty. This House, therefore, calls upon the provincial govt: to contact the Federal Government that 80 percent employments in this project may be allocated for the local people in particular and people of Balochistan in general Joint Not Taken Up
7 Whereas, Jafferabad, Naseerabad and Jhal Magsi are considered to be Agricultural districts and at present 10 lac Acre of land is cultivated I these areas through Kheerthar and other canals, while after construction of Kachhi Canal 20 lac acre of land could be cultivated, but despite this fact sugar mills have not been setup in the said areas. This House, therefore, calls upon the Provincial Govt: to contact the Federal Govt: that setting up of Sugar Mills in Dera Allahyar, Sohbat pur, Osta Muhammad and Dera Murad Jamali areas may be allowed Joint Not Taken Up
7 Whereas, business of interest is on tis people in the Province in particular and in Quetta in General, which is totally against the spiriting Islam and open war declared on ALLAH Almighty. While on the other hand Muslims involved in this heinous business are not up against each other but thousands of families have also been destroyed due to this business. This situation has caused great anxiety and tension in the people of the Province Private Not Taken Up
