  Resolution

Sitting No. Resolution Type of Resolution Status
1 This representative house of province of Balochistan unanimously expresses its deep concern over the situation arises out in result of sit-ins and illegal and nconstitutional demands of some political groups particularly Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf and Pakistan Awami Tehreek in the federal capital and deem it to be a deep conspiracy against the constitution, democratic system and the people of the country. There is a consensus among the honorable members of this august house that political issues can only be resolved through political means and within the ambit of the constitution, while this house is the guarantor to the continuity of democracy at any cost. This house is of the view that the unconstitutional demands of the participants of so-called Azadi and Inqilab March about the resignation of the prime minister, dissolution of assemblies and civil disobedience are totally against the constitution and to the law of the land. This house beside strongly condemning all the conspiracies against the democratic system of the country calls upon the federal government to stop all the unconstitutional and undemocratic activities so as people of the country could take a sigh of relief and journey of development and progress could continue Joint Adopted
2 The Election Commission to unseat its minority member Santosh Kumar for violating party’s organisational discipline. No significant result has been derived yet so the house refers that Mr. Santoosh Kumar Minority Member of Provincial Assembly, who's party membership has been suspended, was elected on Minority seat and afterwards He was continuously absent from the House, which is contrary to Public interest, so they have lost the privilege of being a member of the House Joint Not Taken Up
3 Balochistan Assembly condems the sit-ins in the red zone of capital of the country; Islamabad. The resolution says that the demands of the protestors are against the constitution, law and democracy; demanding, the resignation of the Prime Minister, dissolution of National and Provincial assemblies is condemned by the assembly. Collectively defending of democracy by leaders of elected parties is appreciatable, according to the House. The House also appreciates the efforts of forces for the defending and promoting democracy in and outside the assembly. The House also declares the sit-ins in red zone of islamabad as threatening for democracy, since the demands are un-constitutional and against the law. These sit-ins may welcome other forces to do the same in future; which may not be fruitful for the country and democracy. This house demands resolutions to be passed from all three houses against these uconstitutional sit-ins. Likewise, the public is requested to stand beside the democratic forces and parties. The House also demands from the provincial government to further demand from the federal government that the sit-ins in the red zone having un-constitutional demands must end so that the elected members of the parliament may get out of the pressure of these protestors Joint Adopted
5 Population of Toba Kakari is more than 70 thousand and is spread over an area of 2 hundred km having boundaries with district Qilla Abdullah, Qilla saifullah and Afghanistan. This Hosue therefore calls upon the provincial government that keeping in view the population of Toba Kakari it may be given status of a Tehsil, so as problems of the people could be resolved at local level Private Deferred
5 Whereas BC Wings have been established in different distrcts of the province to maintain law and order situation. However no BC Wing has yet been established in Zhob despite being a sensitive area having its borders with Afghanistan and FATA/Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa and this has created sense of deprivation and great anxiety among the employees of BC and people of Zhob. This House therefore calls upon the provincial government that like other districts of the province BC Wing may also be established in Zhob so as anxiety among BC employees could come to an end Joint Adopted
5 Whereas Recodiq which is a very important project of the province having great prospects for more  income, again its name is being changed and a conspiracy is being hatched to wards its contract under a new name. This House therefore calls upon the provincial government that contract of recodiq project may not be warded to the old company under a new name so as valuable mineral resources of the province could be preserved Joint Deferred
5 This House calls upon the provincial government to contact the federal government that survey report to set-up LPG Gas plants in district Qilla Abdullah, Chaman City,Khanozai City may be submitted to the government as soon as possible Private Deferred
5 Whereas, at the time of Gaddani Power Project agreement  people of the province, notables and honourable Members of Provincial Assembly had not been taken into confidence which is a great injustice to the members of this august house. This House therefore calls upon the provincial government that documents of  Gaddani Power Project may be provided to members provincial assembly so people of the province could be informed about the merits and demerits of the said project Private Deferred
6 The resolution passed in assembly., the house strongly condemn the brutal killing and outright attack on Journalist and expressed deepest grief on killing of Journalist.
