2 This House calls upon the provincial government that a Jirga comprising honourable members of Assembly, may be formed to engage in dialogue with London based Baloch leader Khan of Kalat Agha Suleman Dawood and arrange his honourable return to country, so as he could be able to play an effective role to end prevailing lawlessness in Balochistan and maintain lasting peace in the province Private Deferred
2 That, the Federal government has increased the volume of Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), the biggest programme of the country to eliminate poverty, up to Rs. 118 billion. Under this programme offices alongwith their staff have been set up in the three provinces at tehsil level but no such office has yet been made at tehsil level in Balochistan. Besides, the federal government has also withheld the budget of all key sections of this programmes including Waseela Haq,Waseela Rozgar,Waseela Taleem and Waseela Sehat for last 18 months. This House therefore calls upon the provincial government to contact the federal government that the offices of BISP may be established in Tehsils instead of district level, whereas Waseela Haq,Waseela Rozgar,Waseela Taleem and Waseela Sehat programmes may be launched on immediate basis, staff serving in these offices for last three years may be regularized and steps may be taken to launch in all the backward districts of the province Joint Adopted

3 This House calls upon the provincial government that adolescents may be included in all the health projects and programmes of health department, population welfare department, education department, social welfare department and planning and development department. Moreover, all para-medical workers including FWWs,SMWs,LHVs,LHWs may also be included in these programmes. It is necessary for mothers’ health after birth that information about young mothers and adolescents may also be included in the training curriculum of para-medical health workers Joint Not Taken Up
