Speaking on point of order, he said it was expected that Prime Minister will come in the house and take the nation in confidence while discussing the situation of the country. He highlighted absence of Prime Minister. And urged the government to take the House into confidence on the important issues . he staged walk out to draw attention of the house on his absence and silence on law and order situation of the country. He expressed disappointment over the fact that the PM did not bother to attend the NA proceedings.

He quoted Rules of Business and Conduct of Business in the National Assembly and said membership of a lawmaker could be cancelled in case of 40 days absence without leave application

He said that Prime Minister's leave applications have been received and they are part of the record.

He referred to the meeting of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz's and said the PM had chaired the meeting but did not attend the NA session.He said I would request the PM to attend the session, he added, on behalf of the opposition and as per aspirations of the masses.

he also demanded What is the position of Taliban office in Doha?, What is the situation of LOC ?, What is the status of National Security Council and future of Pakistan steel mills?

He also lamented over the absence of Nawaz and said the country direly needed a leader at this critical juncture. He said that the Prime Minister should come to the House and to inform the parliament what decisions have been taken for establishing peace in the country. He said that the Parliament wants to strengthen the hands of the Prime Minister. He said that the Prime Minister should give priority to peace which is not visible.Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is front line of terrorism and we have to answer the people about the terrorists' attacks. The nation is in fear. The government should take House into confidence about the parameter of military operation if it plans to launch. He appreciated the efforts of negotiations with Taliban but said that the Prime Minister should take lead on the issue and also take the opposition into confidence.

He also demanded that the Parliament should be taken on board on what the government intends to do to address the challenge of terrorism. He said the APC had unanimously given the government mandate for dialogue but now some parties are talking about operation.

He said that the Prime Minister would take the House into confidence within two to three days in this regard. He said the Prime Minister is holding consultations and he will also consult the Parliament and the political parties on how to proceed further. He said that the Prime Minister has consulted with the military and his party and he would further consult with some other people on the issue. He has said that the option of dialogue or military operation against militants can succeed only if there is a national consensus on the issue, adding that the contacts were made with Imran Khan, Maulana Fazlur Rehman and Syed Munawar Hassan for holding dialogues with Taliban. He said contacts with TTP were in advanced stage and there was written correspondence between the two sides including signed letter from Hakeemullah Mehsud. He said the Government proposed seven names but Hakeemullah struck down two names and added two others. He said the process was sabotaged by killing of TTP leader Hakeemullah Mehsud. The Minister said the United States tried to solace Pakistan by declaring that the drone strike against Hakeemullah was not directed at derailing the peace process but he told US leaders that he was not convinced by their assurance and statements. He said attempts were made to establish contacts again with new leader of TTP Mullah Fazlullah, who is in Kunar in Afghanistan, but he was non-responsive. He said at this the other option of establishing contacts with other groups within the TTP and outside was used and significant success was achieved but then the Bannu attack came. He said while claiming responsibility for Bannu attack TTP spokesman used words which implied that it wanted to sabotage talks with other groups and factions. He said these were groups which wanted to talk irrespective of TTP's stand on the issue. He said it is strange that TTP was not responding positively when contacts were being made but now when the nation is forging consensus on the need to tackle the problem either way, now the TTP is favouring talks. He said it is the defining moment in the history of the country and we will have to forge consensus for whatever strategy has to be adopted.

He said it is not easy to get rid from nine years wars. He added, Prime Minister should come up fornt in this difficult situation. He appreciated Foreign inister who worked patriotically. He demanded to take the Oppoistion in conficence in confidential matters. He ensured to be with government for country peace.

He said that everything is on going under the leadership of Prime Minister. He also mentioned that the leader of Taliban who is in Jail he wanted to talk to me on cal but I refused.

He shared that there were 48 blast recorded in last 24 days and North waziristan locals are migrating from the area due to the said reasons. He also lament on the absence of Prime Minister. He said taliabn faced a live loss in the aeroballistices. Taliban will take revenge of the loss for sure and more incidents of deterioration will take place. It was also said that they year 2014 is the blood drought year. He also said that Opposition is with the government in every matter. He also shared the kidnap case of ex-President son and secretary, who were kidnapped from multan. He shared the kidnap for ransom cases figures which is 12400. He siad it is need of an hour to dialogue with them to overcome over the issues.

On speaking on point of order, He criticized the Government for making a deal with Taliban and handing over the state to them.while opposing talks with Taliban, labeled it as trading on the blood of martyrs. He said we should tell the facts to the nation. Due to the dialogue, it is expected to have war and terror situation in the country. He added, it is important to make the country a democratic state. He posed a question and stated that if government has taken all the parties in confidence than why MQM is neglected? He criticized government and opposition and said MQM will not be a part of their plan. He criticized ANP and said in the offices of ANP the terrorist also establish their offices. He also pointed out the incident of "Bhatta khori" and kidnap for ransom are incressing in islamabad. It was also said that the terrorist has already occupied Pakistan. He added, Shariyat cannot be implement forcefully. He mentioned that Aslam Khan was martyred in karachi.

He refused to talk on the matter and said that the APC parties decision is not taken into an account.

He stated that Pakistan is facing difficult time. In the last APC meeting, the decision was made to talk with taliban but it is still not considered. He added, Nation is in confusion whether government is going to have talks with taliban or operation? He also asked " Do government know the barriers in the way of dialogues with Taliban?" He also posed a question which country wants to sabotage the talks with taliban. He also demanded to have in-camera briefing . he also lamented government who coouldnot able to decided what they have to do?. government wants for the Operation in north waziristan but the corcumstances of the operation has to be faced by us. He emphasized on the policy against terrorism.

On speaking on point of order, He stated that according to rules 201 sub-section 6 stated that budget cannot be allocated for development projects until it is brought in standing Committee. The funds should be sent to standing committee till 31 january but no program has recived to any standing committee till 28 January. He asked government to give response of the said question.

He said the letter had been written to the ministries from Sectretariat on 23 October 2013.

While responding to Syed naveed Qamar Shah, he said the directions has been given to ministry. And he also mentioned the reason of delay which is the delay in formulation of standing committees. He added, It has been ignored through motion.

He demanded for GDP of the province.

The minister took notice of the media reports that revealed that employees of Worker Welfare Board (WWB) in the provinces had not been paid for the last two months due to lack of funds.He paid thanks to Finance Minister Ishaq Dar who directed the federal finance secretary to immediately release the funds and ensure that they are transferred immediately. Speaker Ayaz Sadiq has paid thanks to finance Minister on the above mentioned action.

He asked that development scheme report should be immedately sent to standing committees.

He said he talked to the members of Planning commission regarding funds and he also directed to send the details of the development funds to standing committees

He said the chairman of finance committee is not elected so far. If he is not elected than how the meetings could be conducted.

She complained against making changes in the system of Education in Model Schools of Islamabad. It will affect 23 thousand students and she asked how the students can prepare for exam in fifteen days according to new Pattern. She also added, the chances of failure will be more due to the new pattern in Education system just before the Exam.

He hoped that the process will begin soon and will be taken to the successful conclusion.He pointed out that there should be timeframe for talks. He said it is a good start and we have no objection to names of the members of both the committees. But activities like one happened in Peshawar can sabotage the process. He said that although the Taliban have stated to have no connection with the Peshawar cinema attack, a third party might exploit the situation to sabotage the process. This should be looked into. We shall have to look for the third force, if there is any.Although the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has announced not to become part of the Taliban committee, it has assured that it would facilitate the dialogue process. he said it was welcoming that a politically mature parliamentarian like Imran Khan has been nominated by Taliban for dialogue.He expressed concerns over Taliban's offer to provide security to the government's nominated team, and said this should be responsibility of the government and not the Taliban.

He also demanded a certain timeline for culmination of the negotiation process.We have also mentioned in our guidelines that there should be timeline to make the process result oriented,? he said on a point of order.He said the Taliban did not seek PTI's consent while floating the name of Imran Khan for their committee. Imran will not be part of committee but the PTI government in KP will support the process and facilitate it.He said it is better that TTP nominate their own members to make the process meaningful. Both the sides have acknowledged the dialogue process and now it is time for ceasefire from both the sides. He expressed fears that some forces might try to derail the process, adding that they should also be engaged. We desire peace in the country and for this goal dialogue is a better option.

He said PPPP will support Peace talks with Taliaban

He replied to Khursheed Shah that Asif Zardari stated not to talk on any issue which become conflict in talks with Taliban. On the contrary, Bilalwal Bhutto is in favour of Operation.

He asked to introduce Anti-terrorism (Amendment) bill as planned in agenda to be introduced today. He added, we want to talk on the bill as we have few reservation regarding it.

He directed that there are few amendments required in this bills. So the proceedings will be according to the rules and procedures of the house.

Ons peaking on point of order , he rub Imran Khan, who was not present in the house, asking why he should refrain from his oft-repeated mission to restore peace in the country and he also said that the statement of Qureshi about Imran Khan is not fully followed.

He said his party too would not join the process because it was contrary to a unanimous decision of a multi-party conference convened by him in Islamabad in February last year, whose participants included the then ruling PPP, now ruling PML-N and tribal chieftains, to pursue dialogue with militants through a tribal jirga. He raised serious reservations with the PML-N government for not taking his party into confidence for peace talks.I pray for the success of peace talks. But I announce to dissociate our party from the upcoming peace talks, he said, assuring his support whenever the government requires in future. Fazl also strongly supported the opposition benches by going against the ?Protection of Pakistan Bill, 2013?.He strongly rejected the PPO terming it a violation of fundamental rights. It could create anarchy in the country, he said, requesting the government to consult other parties before its legislation.

She raised a point of order regarding landslidding in gilgit baltistan and said a landslide in Miacher valley has the potential to cause a mega disaster. This disaster could affect many areas. The concerned Minister of gilgit-baltistan should talk to the government and find out the positive remedy of the issue.
