A bitter conversation was carried out between us. The dealing of Secretary Municipal was so harsh & Rude. It hurt my previlage so the issue should be passed to Committee after the discussion

She stated that I want to draw attention of the House towards an important issue. The issue is about day care room in the King Folks School No 1 Hayatabad, Which is under supervision of KPK workers welfare institutue. A maid was hired for the care of babies by the female teachers. But the facility of day care is taken back. This step indicates the unjust, Personal grudge & Cruelty on their part. Teachers are also warned not to bring their children in schools. Institutue is bound to facilitate the employees not to tease them. The employee are in mental pressure as well as has to face financial pressure if they leave job. This is wrong and inappropriate decision of Institute administration. Because the female teachers cannot leave their children to babysitters at home. They have fear of robbery and other issues. And Female teachers cannot give proper attention to the teaching without their children. Provincial government is requested to investigate this matter so that female teachers can give proper attention to the students. Demand to provide them the facility of day care

The issue is that there are mistakes found in the textbooks of KPK text board. There are serious mistakes made in the textbooks by Publishers. Despite the fact, The textbooks are being taught in Schools. In few books the mistakes could not rectified and correct in second year of its publishing. Whereas a large amount was paid to the publishers. There are mistakes in the every chapter of G.science of class 7th. And the table of 2 in the Maths textbook of class 2 is totally wrong. This table has been teaching in Schools from last 2 years but the mistake is not corrected. Before the publishing of books , the films were being made & four prints are send to the Textbook Board. After their review , A print Order is being passed. The correction is to be made by Subject Specailist .Many other interesting mistakes are also found in this text book. Due to this neglegence , People prefer to admit their children in Private Schools instead of government Schools

On 30 January 2013, There was meeting of Standing Committee No 29 on Housing of the provincial Assembly in which it was decided to give benefit to the government employees regarding Housing installment at Jalozia. Before giving more ease to employees, the structure of installment was 10-15% down payment in first installment with 11 months installment but after the changes the structure become changed from 11 month to 15 months installments. The Institute has made promised to consider the application by keeping the new structure of installment in their mind. But it is sorry to say that the Housing Institute put all the application of standing Committee in the dustbin. And Standing Committee issue the letters in view of old structure of installment to the deserving Applicants but putting the fine in case of delay in installment. This is unjust with the employees. Because the Housing Scheme reached at its final stage due to the funds raised with the help of Employees. And the provincial Finances were not utilized. Request to Standing Committee to revise the Schedule & adjust it accordingly So that the Employee can fulfill their dreams of their own Shelter
