Provincial government new policy states that the teachers would be appointed on contracts basis by the provincial government. It is unjust with the teachers and Education system, and it is step against the enforcement of Education emergency. Due to this step of provincial government, there is restlessness among teacher's community and consider it unfair with their development profession. It is expected that this step will affect the Education system and curriculum

Draws the attention of the house towards raise in numbers of non-registered Motor bikes in district Sawabi. He said the number of non-registered bikes in district swabi is been increasing. The public is very disturbed and concerned over the dailt accidents of motor bikes. DPO Sawbi and Bargain Association had made promised that at the time of selling bike, a form of registration would be filled by the buyers. But there is no substantial gains witnessed. It is due to the lack of exercise staff in Exercise office Swabi and the system of computer in that office is non-functional. A little attention pays on the registration of bikes. This is a serious matter and need to find out its solution immediately

I want to draw attention of the house towards the matter of public importance which the zone wise merit in KPK. He said a formula was passed in 1973 which is called Zonal Formula. According to this formula, Province was divided into five zones along with tribal areas. first zone was tribal area, second Peshawar division, third Malakand division included Under developed regions, fourth Kohat, Bannu and D.I. Khan and last is Hazara division except under developed region. He said they tend to level five zones but actually not equal, If we calculate 100 posts merit, it is 25 seats for zone 1, 17 for zone 2, 17 for zone 3 , 17 for zone 4 and 12 for zone 12. He said Zone five has already less number of seats as compared to other zones. Mover said that more cuts will not be tolerated under any circumstances. He added, similar suggestion have been made to Mr. Aftab Sher pao but he did not touched or mention anything for this formula. He had only increased the merit seats. It should be clear that Zone 2 candidates were already be my sttfed by the increase in merit seats. I also want to clear that the candidates of zone 2 were also being on the zone 5 seats. however, I strongly demand from the provincial government 'don't disturbed the present zonal formula. otherwise, government would have establish separate province for us so that injustice may be removed
