اسلام آباد ، 21 جنوری 2016 : ایوان بالاکے ایک سو تئیسویں اجلاس کی نویں نشست کی کارروائی وزرا کی عدم شرکت کے باعث شدید متاثر ہوئی اور چیئر نے تین بج کر تین منٹ سے تین بج کر بتیس منٹ تک ایوان کی کارروائی معطل کرنیکا فیصلہ کیا ۔ بعد زازں نے چیئر نے وزیر پانی و بجلی کی غیر حاضری کو بنیاد بناتے ہوئے ان پر جاری اجلاس میں شرکت کرنے پر بھی پابندی عائد کردی ۔ اس نشست میں وزیر پانی و بجلی کی طرف سے وزیراعظم اور آرمی چیف کے دورہ ایران و سعودی عرب پر بیان سے متعلق بحث شروع کی جانی تھی۔
