(a) whether it is a fact that not a single house has been constructed under the scheme titled NAYA Pakistan Housing Program since August 2018; and (b) what is the road-map/mechanism/steps Government plans to take for provision of 50 million affordable homes to the under privileged people of Pakistan as per promise made by the Government?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) the details of references filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) which are pending with the Audit Oversight Body so far; (b) the time by which each of above reference was filed indicating also the reasons of their pendency; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to finalize such references at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) the names of beneficiaries of different audit firms, who also hold the different positions of the Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan Policy Board and the Audit Oversight Body or its board; (b) whether it is a fact that giving representation to aforesaid beneficiaries of different audit firms in such decision-making regulatory bodies is not only a sheer conflict of interests because those who are facing the audit are also represented in such decision-making bodies; (c) whether it is not tantamount to compromise fair audit; (d) whether it is also a fact that a number of aforesaid beneficiaries/directors on such boards are earning hefty meeting fees and perks; (e) if so, the details of payments made to each of above persons since August, 2018; and (f) what steps are being taken by the Government to make such regulators accountable, remove the aforesaid disparities and adopt transparent procedure in appointments in such decision-making forums?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that according to new Indicative Generation Capacity Expansion Plan prepared by the National Transmission and Dispatch Company, the planned renewable energy that would be produced through wind and solar is significantly reduced for supplying in upcoming years; (b) whether that country will rely on expensive source of energy in years to come, and consumers will have to pay more for electricity; (c) if so, the reasons thereof; (d) whether it is also a fact that the Institute of Economics and Financial Analysis, which is a US based nonprofit organization, has pointed out serious number of the issues in aforesaid plan; (e) if so, what steps are being taken by the Government to not only ensure to tap cheap sources of energy in the country in coming years, but also fix the issues pointed out by the aforesaid organizations?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state:(a) whether it is a fact that distribution companies have been allegedly found involved in over-billing in recent months, contrary to the tariff period approved by National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) for monthly bills; if so, the details thereof; (b) if distribution companies have found involved in such violations; (c) what is the total volume of such overbilling; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to hold accountable responsible and protect rights of consumers?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state:(a) whether it is a fact that Government has claimed to make substantional increase in the revenue of Pakistan Railways; (b) whether such revenue has increased with proportion of its expenditure; (c) if so, whether the accounts of Pakistan Railways for the financial years 2018-19, 2019-20 and 2020-21 have been audited by the independent auditors; if so, the details thereof; (d) if not, then how does Government claims such figures without any independent audit?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is not a responsibility of the ICT administration in liasoning with other stakeholders to control the spread of dengue; (b) funds reserved, released and used during the year 2021 for this purpose; (c) whether the funds used has been audited by any Government agency/firm; (d) if so, the details thereof; if not, reasons thereof; (e) whether it is a fact that the ICT administration has failed to fulfill its responsibilities in the year 2021, as a result of which the capital has been badly hit by dengue epidemic this season; if so, whether it is not a negligence of ICT administration; (f) whether the Government has taken steps to identify the causes of the unprecedented outbreak of dengue in the capital and hold the responsible accountable for their failure to fulfill the fixed responsibilities; (g) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; and (h) what protective measures are being taken by the Government to take all stakeholders on board and formulate a comprehensive strategy to address the outbreak desease dengue presently and also for the future?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government, has repeatedly propagated that petrol and diesel prices in the country are lower than other countries in the region; (b) whether Government has noticed the per capita purchasing power of Pakistanis for such products as compared to other countries in the region; if so, the details thereof; (c) whether it is a fact that the per capita purchasing power of Pakistanis is less than the rest of the countries in the region; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to harmonize the prices of petroleum products according to the per capita purchasing power of Pakistanis?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) what was the ratio of food inflation in the country as on May 31st, 2018 and at present time; (b) whether it is a fact that food inflation has risen significantly since the inception of the current Government; if so, the reasons thereof; (c) whether it is not tantamount to the failure of Government policies to deal with increasing trend of such inflation and matters ancillary thereto; (c) if so, what steps are being taken by the Government to bring food inflation to an affordable level to ensure affordable food prices for every citizen; and (e) how long more time will these measures take, to start benefit for the common man?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: 53 (a) details of each local and foreign expert alongwith his/her expertise in the relevant field who was consulted before launching the Single National Curriculum (SNC); (b) which consultative means were used to conduct consultation with each of the above; (c) what was the input of each expert and how it was collected alongwith procedure of its incorporation into the actual SNC configuration process; (d) whether the Government has taken notice of the facts that the books that have emerged as a result of SNC have widely been criticized for their gender inequality, stereotype, contents, language issues and even their poor printing quality; if so, the details thereof; and (e) what steps are being taken by the Government to address such issues and to improve the consultation and feedback loop by putting in place a credible and transparent process?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) year-wise subsidy that has been given directly or indirectly to any entity to stabilize sugar prices since the inception of present Government; (b) the nature of this subsidy and how this subsidy was paid to each entity; (c) whether it is a fact that despite subsidizing billions of rupees on sugar its prices could not be brought to the level of past May 2018; (d) if so, it is tantamount to exposing the current Government’s poor planning and poor implementation; (e) who is the responsible of such poor planning and implementation; (f) whether such responsible has been made accountable; and (g) if so, what action/corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) how many times the prices of medicines have been increased with the approval of the Federal Cabinet or any other legal authority during the present Government tenure alongwith volume of each increase; (b) what were the reasons for each increase given to the Federal Cabinet or any other legal authority; (c) what steps are being taken by the present Government to keep the prices of medicines within the reach of the common man for a long time period?
