Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) list of commercial properties in ICT which violated the building regulations in constructing the said properties; (b) the names of the owners of the proprieties having violated the said regulations; (c) property-wise fines and penalties imposed due to the said violations and recoveries made so far; (d) the property-wise defaults in recovery of the said fines and penalties alongwith amount thereof; and (e) the names and particulars of the said properties which have been regularized after payment of said penalties and fines?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the sector-wise location and size of plots reserved for dispensaries as per Master Plan of each sector in ICT; (b) the present status of the said plots alongwith particulars of the said dispensaries; (c) if the said dispansaries were not constructed as per said Master Plan, the alternative dispensaries/plots allocated therefor and the details of dispensaries constructed in each Sector in ICT; and (d) the sector of ICT in which said dispansaries have not so far been constructed as per Master Plan of the sectors alongwith reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) the details of the steps being taken for agriculture sector in the merged districts particularly for district Kuram under Prime Minister’s Package; (b) the details of agriculture tools provided to the farmers alongwith the details thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government for the assistance of farmers in Potatos, wheat, rice and also other commodities?
