Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) the names, designations and dates of appointment of the persons working in the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resources Development, its attached departments and subordinate offices on deputation basis; and (b) whether it is a fact that a number of the said officers have been working on deputation basis in the said Ministry, departments and offices for more than five years, if so, the details and reasons thereof, indicating also the time by which they will be repatriated to their parent departments?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the percentage of development work completed so far in sector I-11/2, Islamabad, indicating also the present status of provision of electricity and natural gas to the same; and (b) whether it is a fact that the development work including provision of electricity and natural gas to the said sector has been delayed, if so, the reasons thereof indicating also the time by which the same will be completed?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the criteria laid down for awarding of scholarships for higher education by the HEC; (b) whether it is a fact that the HEC awarded Ph.D. scholarships on the basis of Masters degree during the current year, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the number of scholarships awarded to students from the province of Sindh during the current year?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Federal Government has decided to finance the provision of gas and electricity to all the Special Economic Zones (SEZs) being established under the CPEC from the Public Sector Development Programme by withdrawing provincial mark-up support and Federal Freight subsidy to those zones, if so, the details thereof; and (b) whether the cost of provision of gas and electricity to the said SEZs will entirely be met from the PSDP, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that work on Bara Kahu Housing Scheme has been delayed despite the fact that the members / allottees have deposited the required amount, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to link / merge the said scheme with Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme, if so, the details and reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the details of rest areas established at Karach-Sukkur (M-9) Motorway; and (b) the number of U-turn provided on the said Motorway with location wise breakup?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) total number of persons working in SNGPL and SSGPL; (b) the names, date of appointment and place of domicile of the persons working on contract basis in the said companies; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to regularize the services of the said persons, if so, when?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the rules/ guidelines laid down for suspension of an officer in WAPDA, NTDC, PEPCO, and DISCOs separately indicating also the period for which an officer can be kept suspended; (b) whether an officer of the said departments is required to attend the office and, mark his attendance during his suspension period, if so, the details of relevant rules in this regard; (c) the details of allowances admissible to an officer of those departments during suspension period; and (d) the rules laid down for initiation of legal action against a suspended officer of the said departments indicating also the legal status of disciplinary action initiated against a suspended officer after the lapse of 90 days of suspension?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) the service group of the current Secretary Workers Welfare Board and his substantive pay scale, indicating his posting during the last 15 years with designation and station wise break-up; (b) whether it is a fact that why was the due procedure was not adopted in his postings as Secretary Workers Welfare Board and the Governing Board was bypassed for it, if so, reasons thereof; and (c) whether it is also a fact that meeting of Governing Board was conveyed on a two-days notice after the Islamabad High Court declared the appointment of the current Secretary Workers Welfare Board illegal ab initio?
