Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state; (a) whether it is a fact that PMDC has recommended for closure of Al-Razi Medical College, Peshwar, Hashmat Medical College, Gujarat and Sahiwal Medical College, Sahiwal; and (b) whether any action has been taken on the said recommendations of PIMDC, if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No. 48, replied on 29th October, 2014 and state: (a) the mechanism of evaluation of performance of General Managers, Deputy General Managers, Assistant General Managers, Managers, Deputy Managers and Assistant Managers working in the State Life Insurance Corporation; and (b) the names and designations of the persons serving against the said posts against whom proceedings have been initiated since January, 2009 indicating also the basis on which the same have been initiated?

Will the Minister for Inter Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the number of FA equivalence certificates issued by Inter Board Committee of Chairmen to the students / persons holding high school equivalence diploma from USA from 1st January, 2000 to 1st January, 2008; and (b) whether the testimonials / certificates submitted by the said students/ persons were got verified from the concerned educational institutions in America, if so, the number of such testimonials / certificates, names of educational institutions and the students concerned?
