Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the criteria laid down by the Government for the grant/issuance of NOC for construction of an interchange on the motorways by a private housing society; (b) whether it is a fact that Capital Smart City Islamabad, has been awarded NOC for construction of interchange on M-2 motorway, if so, the details and reasons thereof; and (c) whether the said facility is available to other private housing societies under similar conditions, if so, the details thereof, if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulation and Coordination be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish a Federal hospital in Multan or in south Punjab, if so, the details thereof?
