Will the Minister for Communications bepleased lo state: (a) the province wise details of income by National Highway Authority (>.'HA) from Motorways and all other toll plazas during the last three years; (b) how much the increase is made in aforesaid taxes during the lastfive years; and (c) whether the Government would take steps to reduce these taxes?

Will the minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to slate: (a) the detail of district-wise number of PESCO employees who are consuming free electricity units since long; (b) whether it is a fact that besides using aforesaid facility by the employees of the PESCO their performance is still poor in district Mansehra and Torghar; (c) as a result the people of aforesaid areas continuously using the burnt transformers already repaired fr om their pocket money: and (d) the detail of funds released by the department f or augmentation and other works required in the aforesaid districts?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and SpecialInitiatives be pleased to state: (a) the detail of the total amount of development fund PSDP allocated for district Mansehra during last five years along with the project wise amount released from the said allocation; and (b) the number of projects were completed and will be completed from the said fund allocation?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the mobile companies are increasing the tax rate from consumers in Pakistan; (b) if so, the number of time the tax has been changed; (c) the tax ratio on the recharge of hundred rupees by each mobile company at present and how much has been given to the government there from; (d) whether it is also a fact that after tax on every recharge tax has also been collected on the calls too; and (e) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the time by which the tax ratio will be circulated by the Government and the companies along with detail thereof?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the only bridge connecting the central point Pakhal, Tehsil Bafa to Bafa Mera and other six Union Councils has been destroyed for thirty years; (b) if so, the number of times funds released by Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority (ERRA) under the PSDP including detail thereof; and (c) the time by which the Government would construct the said bridge for welfare of public in full detail thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the details of monthly expenditures being incurred on the security of the Judges, Bureaucrats and the Ministers as per their entitlement by the Government?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the detail of province-wise income accrued from the National Highways Authority, Motorways and other toll plazas; (b) the increase made in the said taxes during the last five years; and (c) whether the Government intends to reduce the said taxes?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited (SNGPL) Rawalpindi Region has not yet paid excavating labour work Job No.20/59/051155 dated 06-05-2020 amount Rs.333,477/-, Job No.20/59/051155 dated 14-05-2020 amount Rs.317,468/-, Job No.20/59/051155 dated 06-05-2020 amount (i) Rs.543,897/- (ii) Rs.128,543/- and Job No.59/051155 dated 18-05-2020 amount Rs.327.557/- to different companies for laying down gas pipelines during the year 2020; (b) whether it is also a fact that earlier it was assured that these amount would be paid from budget 2024-25 but no advancement progress on it made yet; and (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, what action would be taken against the officers responsible for such delay?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Motorway Police has increased the amount of fines; (b) if so, the number of fines charged by each Motorway alongwith the amount collected therefrom; (c) whether it is a fact that it is very difficult for the general public to pay them due to price hike; (d) if so, the time by which the Government will curtail the fine; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether the work order has been issued for the development schemes of Abbottabad and Mansehra by Pakistan Public Works Development (PWD); (b) whether it is also a fact that the names of specified schemes whose names were given but not mentioned in the issued works order; (c) whether the department will take notice of the said negligence, as whether the scheme has specific name on which execution would be carried out; and (d) if the parts (a) and (b) are in affirmative, the complete details of the names of scheme location and works on which amount has been incurred upon?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the number of development schemes in Torghar district of Peshawar, for which Pakistan Public Works Department (PWD) has recently approved the tenders under the SAP Programme; (b) the details of firms which got tenders; (c) the reasons for which the said tenders have been processed in Peshawar instead of Hazara Division; (d) the total number of schemes for Torghar district for which tenders have been given; (e) the number of schemes for which tenders are pending; (f) details like total cost to be incurred on the said schemes alongwith the date on which said tasks are to be completed; and (g) the detail of funds released so far for the above said purposes and the detail of remaining amount?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the people of Hazara Division, District Mansehra have to go to Peshawar, other cities and provinces with regard to their work visas due to which their time and money is wasted; (b) the work regarding establishment of Protector Office, Mansehra has been carried out as well as the work remaining thereof; and (c) the time by which said office will start work in this regard?
