Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the names, names of parent departments, place of domicile and place of present posting of the officers working as trade councilors / commercial attaches at Pakistan Embassies Abroad; (b) the procedure adopted for selection / appointment of the said officers; and (c) the performance of those commercial attaches and trade Councilors regarding increasing of exports of the country and signing of trade agreements with countries of their posting during the last five years?

Will the Minister for Federal Education, Professional Training, be pleased to state: (a) the budget allocated to the universities of Balochistan during the financial year 2023-24 with university wise breakup; and (b) whether it is a fact that the said universities are facing financial crunch at present, if so, the details thereof indicating also the steps being taken by the Government to overcome the issue?
