Will the Minister for Local Government be pleased to state:- (a) Is it a fact that terminal flyover near airport was inaugurated by the Governor Sindh on 29th May, 2013 and then the same was instantly closed for traffic and is still closed; (b) If answer to (a) above be in the affirmative, the reasons thereof along with the expenditure incurred on it?
