Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that CEO of DRAP has recently been removed from his post on account of fake PH.D degree; (b) whether the educational certificates of the said CEO were verified at the time of his appointment , if not, the reasons thereof; (c) the name of authority of Members of the Board that recommended the appointment of the said CEO; (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to investigate this matter and hold that authority/Members of the Board accountable for the said lapse, if so, the details thereof; and (e) the steps being taken by the Government to streamline the administrative affairs of DRAP with particular reference to the verification of educational qualifications/degrees of its staff?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the present Government has allocated huge amount for increasing water efficiency in 14 irrigation sector in the country, if so, the details thereof indicating also the mode of its utilization and names of areas where the same is being utilized or will be utilized?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the criteria laid down for awarding of scholarships for higher education by the HEC; (b) whether it is a fact that the HEC awarded Ph.D. scholarships on the basis of Masters degree during the current year, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the number of scholarships awarded to students from the province of Sindh during the current year?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that carpeting of the road from Dilsora (Khanozai) to Makhti Adda (kan Mehterzai) of N-50 has not been started so far, if so, the time by which the same will be started; and (b) whether it s also a fact that work on the construction of bridge on the said highway between Muslim Bagh Boys College and the City has not been started so far, if so, the time by which the same will be started?

Will the Minister for Inter Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is fact that Pakistan Cricket Board had purchased different instruments/gadgets to gauge fitness of players in recent past, if so, the details thereof along with total expenditure incurred upon their purchase; (b) the procedure, which was adopted to make such purchase; (c) whether audit was carried out of such purchase, if so, the details thereof ; along with the authority, who carried out audit and finding thereof; 23 (d) whether it is also a fact different instruments/gadgets are not being used for the fitness of players, if so, the reasons thereof; and (e) what steps are being taken to conduct a third party independent assessment of such purchase and utility of such purchase at an earliest?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the assistance provided by World Health Organization (WHO) in the field of mental health in the country during the last ten years with province wise breakup; (b) the names of main recipients / beneficiaries of the funds provided by the WHO with respect to mental Health in the country during the said period; (c) whether any audit of the utilization of the said funds has been carried out, if so, the findings thereof; (d) whether the said Organization has provided any training in the fields of mental health during that period, if so, the names, addresses and place of domicile of the persons who where imparted those training; and (e) the activities / assistance being provided by that Organization in the said field at present with province wise break up?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state whether it is a fact that pharmaceutical companies have increased the prices of their 25 medicines in the country during the last three months, if so, the details of increase made in the prices and reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination’s be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the WHO has made it obligatory for all persons traveling from Pakistan to carry the polio vaccination certificate and also get vaccinated before coming from Pakistan; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to administer polio vaccine to persons coming to Pakistan through Pak- Afghan border with particular reference in Balochistan?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the names of areas/projects of Education sector which the Ministry for Federal Education and Professional Training is working in collaboration with the UNDP, indicating also the amount of funds being provided by the UNDP in the said areas/projects; and (b) whether the said projects have also been launched in the provinces, if so the details thereof?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) the details of percentage increase / decrease registered in the yields of major crops of Pakistan like cotton, sugarcane, wheat, rice and maize since 2009; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to increase the per-hactare yield of the said crops?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the date on which work was started on the project for construction of Faisalabad-Khanewal Expressway; (b) the details of work completed on the said Expressway so far and the time by which the remaining work will be completed; and (c) the amount released for the said project so far and the details of utilization of the same?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the amount allocated for developmental and nondevelopmental expenditures of the Ministry of Communications during the financial year 2015-16; (b) the details of projects on which the said developmental expenditures were made; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to reduce the non-developmental expenditures of the said Ministry?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Germany has worked out of plan to import human resources by 2020, if so; 32 (b) the details of said plan; and (c) the plan of action prepared by our Government to provide technical and professional education to workforce in Pakistan so that it could get maximum opportunities in 2020 manpower import plan?

Will the Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the number of disabled persons employed in the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination during the last five years with year wise and grade wise break up; and (b) the number of posts for the disabled persons in the Ministry at present and the number of persons working against the said posts?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the toll Plaza originally established on GT road in front of the sector B-17, Islamabad has been shifted to sector D-17 near Sangjani, Islamabad, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the residents of B-17 have to pay toll tax at the said plaza whereas the residents of nearby villages are exempted from the same, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to exempt the residents of sector B-17 from paying toll tax at toll plaza, if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) the reserves / quantity (in metric tons) of wheat and other specified commodities maintained by Pakistan Agricultural Storage and Services Corporation (PASSCO) at present; and 36 (b) whether the said reserves of wheat and other commodities are sufficient to meet the needs of the country?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the number of schools registered with PIERA in Islamabad Capital territory at present; (b) the details of schools registration of which was suspended or cancelled by PIERA during the last two years; and (c) whether the staff of PIER visits the said schools to evaluate their performance?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state the present status of the Health Card system introduced by the Incumbent Prime Minister and the time by which the same will be implemented throughout he country?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the number of patients and hospital who were granted financial assistance for treatment of Liver Transplant by the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination during the period from January, 2018 to January, 2019; and 49 (b) the number of applicants who have paid the charges for the said treatment by themselves and their cases are pending in that Ministry at present for reimbursement / payment of those charges indicating also the time by which the same will be paid to them?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether the facilities provided in the rest areas established along the Islamabad-Peshawar Motorway are similar to those provided on Islamabad-Lahore Motorway; and (b) whether it is a fact that the facilities provided at the rest areas on the Islamabad-Peshawar Motorway are not sufficient to cater to the needs of the passengers with particular reference to the women passengers, if so, whether there is any proposal under consideration of the government to upgrade the facilities provided there?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to refer to the senate starred Question No.72, replied on 5th March,2019 and state the progress made so far on the 51 Promotion of Departmental Promotion Committee for consideration of cases of time scale promotion of 986 eligible teachers from BPS-17 to BPS- 18 in the Federal Government educational intuitions?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the quantity and value (in Pak. Rupees) of medicines / vaccines being imported from India on monthly basis; (b) whether it is a fact that anti dog bite and anti snack vaccine are not manufactured in the country, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether it is also a fact that the said vaccines can be manufactured in the country, if so, the reasons for importing the same?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state the amount collected from the toll plazas established on M-1 motorway during the last one year with plaza wise and month wise break up indicating also the utilization of the same?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state whether it is a fact that a number of incumbent of various posts including Provost, Assistant Provost, Security Officer etc. in the Peshawar University are working on acting charge and re-employment basis for the last many years, if so, the details thereof and the reasons for not filling those posts on regular basis?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Tuberculosis is fast spreading in the country, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is a fact that about 23000 new cases of TB have been surfaced in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during 2018-19, if so, the details thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to control the spread of the said disease in the country?
