Jumma Goth, Karachi in September, 1987 and an amount of
Rs.3,964,813/- has been received in this regard; if so, the law
under which aforesaid land was given on lease;

the National Assembly on 28th November, 2016, it was informed
that the lease, given in September, 1987, was terminated in 1991
without assigning any reason; if so, the law under which this

(d) if answer is in the negative, as to why Pakistan Railways has
rendered its retired and serving employees homeless and if the
