Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the terms and conditions of the agreements between the Government and the protesters made on 31-10-2018 and 2-11-2018; (b) the total number of cases registered against the protestors; (c) the details of damage caused by protestors; and (d) whether any compensation has been paid to injured and dead and those who sufferred property loss alongwith the details; if not, the reasons therefor?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of times spillway of Rawal Dam opened during the last two months alongwith the quantity of water released and the details thereof; (b) the head under which the said released water was used; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to store the releasing water again; if so, the details; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state whether it is a fact that mobiles are being cleared after scanning the Passports of the Pakistanis coming from abroad; if so, the steps, being taken by the Government against the officials deputed at the Airports involved in such criminal activities?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that various Cantonments are being established in South Waziristan; and (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in affirmative, the number of cantonments being established; and (c) whether the payments have been made to the land owners?

Will the Minister for Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) the sources of information and methodology used for collection of data about reported higher use of drugs (e.g Crystal Methamphetamine, also called ice) by students in Islamabad (75% of female students and 45% of male students) as claimed by the former Minister of State for Interior in his public statement on 18th December, 2018; (b) the steps, being taken by the Ministry to curb this alarming trend and protect next generations from drug addiction?

Will the Minister for Narcotics Control be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the narcotics are used abundantly in the educational institutions as well as cafetarias of Islamabad whereas the Government is not taking any proper action to control the same; if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the zone-wise illegal construction, which has been legalized in the last 5 five years in Islamabad or is being proposed to be regularized; (b) the zone-wise such illegal construction/structure, which has not been regularized in the said period; (c) whether it is equal to failure of CDA and abetting the illegal construction while it was being built; and (d) if the answer is affirmative, what steps are being taken to make CDA accountable for its failure to stop illegal construction in Islamabad?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of BS 20-22 officers in the Ministry and its attached departments; (b) the number of official vehicles, in the Ministry at present alongwith annual expenditure thereof; (c) whether it is a fact that despite the policy of monetization of transport facility, aforesaid vehicles are being misused at large scale, contrary to true spirit of the policy; (d) if so, whether any inquiry has been held in this regard; if so, the details thereof; and if not, is there any proposal to conduct such an inquiry in order to determine the magnitude of the misuse of vehicles; if so, when; and (e) what steps are taken to hold the responsible accountable, if he is detected misusing the official vehicle?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state the number of employees recruited in Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) during the years 2013-18 and the amount paid under the head of their salaries, with details?

Will the Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the total number of matches, played by the Pakistan Hockey Team, during the last three years alongwith the venue of matches and the number of matches won and lost; and (b) the year-wise expenditure incurred on the said tournaments/ matches during the said period?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the concept behind the allotment of the agro-farms by the CDA and up to what extent, this concept has been achieved;(b) the details of allottees of each farm alongwith terms and conditions of the allotments and up to what extent, allottees were allowed to make construction therein and amount paid against each farm at the time of allotment; (c) whether it is a fact that terms and conditions have substantially been violated; (d) if so, what steps are being taken to identify violations made in each farm and rectify them and identify CDA’s personnel who acted in connivance with the allottees to carryout such violations; (e) if the concept behind these allotments did not materialize, as planned; is there any consideration to revisit the allotment of such farms?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether administration of Islamabad Capital Territory has taken notice of illegal charging of parking/ adda fee by persons from every passenger vehicle at Kallar Syedan Road, Rawat, which falls under the administrative control of Islamabad Capital Territory, despite the fact that Kallar Syedan Road at Rawat was not included in the contract for collecting parking/adda fee at GT road Rawat; if so, the details thereof; and (b) the steps being taken to stop such illegal charging of parking fee forthwith and hold the responsible persons/accountable?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the names of persons to whom licenses of beer and wine have been issued in Islamabad Capital Territory during last two years; and (b) the details of amount received and revenue generated therefrom?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to construct roads and streets in Rehman Town and Model Valley, Sector H-15, Union Council No.45, Islamabad; if not, the reasons thereof; and (b) the time by which the construction work will be completed in the above said area?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to refer to the Un-starred Question No.6 replied on 20-02-2019 and to state: (a) the time by which the forensic audit of housing societies will be conducted; 3 (b) if forensic audit is conducted then the details of the punishment awarded to the persons involved in corruption found guilty thereof alongwith break-up of recovered or will be amounts; if not, the reason thereof?

Will the Minister for Defence Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that during the tenures of previous Government the employees of subordinate institution Pakistan Ordnance Factories, Wah Cantt were granted two advance increments and 25 percent special allowance while employees of Heavy Industries Taxila were deprived of these incentives; and(b) whether present Government intends to provide similar incentives to the employees of both institutions by abolishing this discrimination?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that full amount is received by the Intelligence Bureau Employees Cooperative Housing Society, Islamabad, same was received three to four years before to allotment of plots in P-Block of the society; (b) whether it is also a fact that no possession of plot to any allottee has been given by the said society; (c) whether it is further a fact that no fixed date has been announced by the said society for provision of possession to allottees so far;(d) if the answer to parts (a) and (b) are in the affirmative, the reasons thereof; and (e) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to take action against the responsible thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the names and domiciles of employees of working in subordinates offices/department of the said Ministry; (b) the number of employees appointed in the said Ministry alongwith province-wise quota wise detail thereof; and (c) the number of vacant posts in the said Ministry and the time by which these posts will be filled up?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Shakarparian road or Lok Virsa road has become too narrow and in extremely dilapidated condition to accommodate the traffic; (b) if so, is there any proposal under consideration of the Government to widen and re-construct the said road; if so, the time by which work will be started thereon?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the people of Street Nos.52, 53 and 54, Sector G-10/3, Islamabad have made encroachments outside their houses which is causing traffic problems; (b) whether the CDA has issued notices to the residents for removal of the said encroachments; (c) when will these encroachments be removed alongwith details thereof; (d) whether it is also a fact that residents of the said streets are in habit of discharging water of their houses on roads due to which the latter are being damaged; and (e) the steps, being taken by the CDA, in this regard alongwith details thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a Sewerage Nullah is being constructed in Chakki Bagh, Sohan, Islamabad; if so, the percentage of work completed thereof; and (b) the time by which development work will be completed on this Nullah in order to facilitate residents of the said locality?

Will the Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) was established to achieve fair measures of academic 20 uniformity, evaluation and curricular standards and to promote curricular activities on Inter Board basis; (b) whether it is also a fact that IBCC provides a discussion forum for Provincial Curriculum Bureaus regarding coordination of educational activities like curriculum, evaluation and educational planning;(c) if so, whether IBCC has taken notice of Peshawar Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa regarding removal of study material, related to KHATM-E-NABUWAT, from Islamyat syllabus of Class 4; and (d) what steps are being taken, at the forum of IBCC, in this regard?
