Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to start quality assessment and accreditation of the schools/colleges affiliated with the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken / being taken by the Government to increase the production of tea in the country; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to make arrangements for cultivation of tea plants in Districts Swat and Dir, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to start employment and skill oriented courses in colleges and universities in the country, if so, the details thereof; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to review the on-going programme of Higher Education Commission which supports career oriented add-on courses in colleges and universities in the country, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Allama lqbal Open University, Islamabad was amongst the top 20 Universities in the ranking of Higher Education Commission till 2010; (b) whether it is also a fact that the said University has now been excluded from that ranking, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether it is further a fact that the number of students of the said university has been decreased, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the names of degree awarding institutions/Universities in the country recognized/affiliated with Higher Education Commission; (b) the names of the said institutions / Universities which have un-authorized campuses in other cities in the country; and (c) whether it is a fact that various universities have different fee structure for the same programme of study, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the number of Universities established in the country during the last five years with province wise break up; and (b) the number and locations of the Universities proposed to be established in the country in near future?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the names and designation of the persons working in Pakistan Embassy / Missions in Kosovo; (b) the names and designation of the said persons against whom complaints have been received during their present posting indicating also the action taken in each case; and (c) the names and designation of the said persons who have completed their tenure of posting in the said Embassy / Missions indicating also the time by which they will he transferred / called back?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state whether it is a fact that there is no uniform curriculum in educational institutions in the country, if so, the steps being taken by the government to introduce the same in the all public and private educational institutions in the country?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state the details of plans made by the Government to extend the existing network of motorways in the country during the financial year 2013-14 indicating also the progress achieved on those plans so far?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the number of Ph.D degrees awarded by the universities in the country during the last five years with year-wise breakup; (b) the total number of students being enrolled in Ph. D programmes and various fields of research in the said universities during the said period with year-wise breakup; and (c) the number of Ph.D degree holders who have been provided employment in those Universities since January, 2011?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistani students of MBBS graduating from Cuba are exempted, from House Job in Pakistan on the basis of completing the same in Cuba; and (b) whether it is also a fact that Pakistani students of MBBS graduating from other countries like Russia etc. are required to complete House Job in Pakistan despite the fact that they have already completed the same .from their graduating countries, if so, the reasons for this discrimination?

Will the Minister for Inter Provincial Coordination be pleased to state the names and place of domicile of the persons working in the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) at present indicating also the salary, allowances and other fringe benefits admissible to them?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state the names and location of the Agricultural Universities, Colleges and Institutions in the country which are under the purview of the Federal Government indicating also the main disciplines being taught in the same?

Will the Minister for Inter Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the details of assets and liabilities of Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) devolved to the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa indicating also the criteria /formula adopted for the same; and (b) the details of properties of the said corporation yet to be devolved to the provinces as per decision of its Board of Directors 75th, 76th review meeting and 77th meeting regarding transfer of the corporation to the provinces?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the number of students against whom inquiries have been made by the Punjab University from January 2005 to 30th June, 2015 for obtaining BA degrees on the basis of invalid / fake certificates of Metric and Intermediate; and (b) the names and addresses of the students of the said university whose BA degrees were cancelled / withdrawn on the basis of possessing invalid / fake certificates of Matric and Intermediate during the said period?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the procedure laid down for receipt of international mail by Pakistan Post indicating also the name of place / city where it is being received; (b) whether the outgoing International mail is sent from one specific place, if so, the details thereof indicating also the procedure laid down for the same; and (c) the income generated by the Pakistan post from the international mail during the last .five years?

Will the Minister for National Health Service, Regulations and Coordination he pleased to slate: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan is one of the largest consumers of antibiotics in the world if so, the details thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that easy availability and widespread and indiscriminate use of antibiotic drugs in the market have contributed to the high rate of antibiotic resistance to a number of standard antibiotics among the people in the counny, if so, the details thereof; (c) whether national data on bacterial resistance to antibiotics is available in the country, if so, the details thereof and if not, the corrective measures being taken by the Government in this regard; and (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to launch a national policy on antimicrobials used to control the rising trend of antimicrobial resistance, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the details of the private universities in the country which sought approval of the Government for providing long distance education during the last five years; and (b) whether foreign universities are allowed to provide the said education in Pakistan, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons sent abroad for employment since 2012 with year-wise and country-wise break up; (b) the details of registered recruitment / placement agencies in the country with province-wise break up; (c) whether the Government has received any complaints against the registered or unregistered recruitment / placement agencies on account of violation of relevant rules in recruitment of workers abroad during the said period, if so, the details thereof and the action taken against those agencies with year-wise break up; (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to set up a regulatory mechanism to regulate and monitor the functioning of the said agencies, if so, the details thereof; and (e) the measures taken by the Government to curb illegal activities of those agencies?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No. 19, replied on 8th July, 2015 and state: (a) the details of portions of the Indus Highway between Peshawar and Kohat section which were repaired during the fiscal year 2014-15; (b) the amount allocated for repairing of the said section of the road for the fiscal year 2015-16; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to repair/reconstruct the 35 kilometer portion of that section of the highway which is in poor condition, if so, when?

Will the Minister far Communications be pleased to state: (a) the amount released and utilized for the project for widening/repairing of N-45 during the fiscal year 2014-15 indicating also the details of works carried out under the said project during that year; and (b) the amount allocated for that project for the fiscal year 2015-16 and the time by which the project will be completed?
