Will the Minister for Capital Administration and Development be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that teachers in BPS-19 working in Model Colleges in Islamabad, under the administrative control of the Federal Directorate of Education, have been given time scale promotion to BPS-20 in pursuance of the Prime Minister’s directive / approval; and (b) whether it is also a fact that some of the said Teachers have not been granted monetization allowance, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the same will be granted to them?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the date on which last auction was held for Toll Tax Plazas on Motorways in the country; (b) whether it is a fact that toll tax on the said motorways has recently been increased by 50%, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether that increase was included in the terms and conditions of the said auction?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a Federal Export Board has been established in the country, if so, the role of the same; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish offices of the said board in the provinces, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of PIA’s international flights landed at Peshawar Airport from 1st August to 30th October, 2014, with date wise break up; (b) whether it is a fact that PIA has closed down the operation of its international flights at the said airport, if so, the reasons thereof indicating also the names / routes of flights which has been closed down; (c) whether it is also a fact that other airlines have also closed down their operation at that airport, if so, the names of airlines and name of countries they belong; (d) the names of airlines which have been operating their flights from the said airport at present indicating also the number of flights being operated by each airline; and (e) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to close down that airport, if so, its details?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) the criteria laid down for appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC); and (b) the names, educational qualifications, experience, place of domicile and date of appointment of the incumbent members of the Board?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of Government residences in Islamabad repair / maintenance of which was carried out during the last two years and the amount spent on the same; (b) whether it is a fact that CDA approved a sum of Rs. 2,26000/– for maintenance of House No. 26-E, (old No. 408-E), St. No. 72, sector G-6/4 Islamabad, on 02-012013 out of which a sum of Rs. 50,000/– was released by CDA Finance vide letter No. CDA/DGS-AO(B) MG/2012-13/158 dated 03-01-2013, but the work has not been started so far, if so, its reasons; and (c) the time by which work of repairing of the said house will be carried out?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the name and parentage of students of Islamabad Model Colleges for Boys and Girls and F.G. Junior Model Schools (now Islamabad Model Schools) who were awarded scholarships in the centralized examination of class V during the years 2010, 2011 and 2012, with school-wise break-up; (b) the names of the said students who have been paid the amount of the scholarship; and (c) whether it is a fact that students of Islamabad Model Colleges have been paid the amount of scholarships while those of F.G. Junior Model Schools (now IMSs) have not been paid the amount, if so, the reasons for this disparity and the time by which the scholarship amount will be paid to them?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that former Prime Minister, Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, approved plots to officers in BPS-22 under Prime Minister’s package, if so, the names, date of Birth/superannuation and names of departments/occupational group of such officers; (b) whether it is also a fact that allotment of plots has either not been made or had been made on conditional basis to the officers of the National Assembly and the Senate under the said package; (c) whether it is further a fact that despite Supreme Court of Pakistan’s judgment declaring the employees of the Parliament as “Civil Servant” and the Public Accounts Committee’s direction to treat the officers of the Parliament in BS-22 at par with the officers in BS-22 of other groups, the Secretary / Special Secretary of the Senate and National Assembly have been treated differently, if so, the officers/authorities responsible for the defiance of court judgment and/or PAC Directions; and (d) the present status of allotment of plots to the officers of the Senate and the National Assembly under the scheme?
