Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the criteria and procedure laid down for posting of NADRA’s employees in Pakistan Embassies and Missions abroad; (b) the names, designations, place of domicile and date of posting of the employees of the said Authority working in Pakistan Embassies and Missions at present; and (c) whether it is a fact that a number of the said employees have not been replaced even after completion of their tenure of posting abroad, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish more hospitals in Islamabad in view of about 120% increase in its population since the census of 1998, if so, the proposed locations, estimated cost expected date of launching of work on the same in each case?

Kohat and North Waziristan Agency, if so, the present status thereof; and (b) Whether it is also a fact that the project of establishment of Marble City in Mohmand Agency has not completed so far, if so, the expected dates of completing and making it functional?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the number of Pakistanis presently imprisoned in foreign countries indicating also the number of those imprisoned in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bangladesh and Malaysia; (b) the mechanism devised by the Government to maintain the record of Pakistan imprisoned in foreign countries; (c) the details of legal assistance provided to the said prisoners by the Government; and (d) the number of Pakistani freed from prisons in foreign countries during the last four years indicating also the main charges against them?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state whether it is fact that the amount of withholding tax being collected by the cellular companies from the consumers is not being deposited in the National Exchequer, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to recover the same?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the mechanism devised by FBR to estimate the tax on cellular companies in the country; (b) whether it if a fact that said companies evade billions of rupees in lieu of taxes due to the FBR’s inability to properly analyze their transaction data to calculate the amount of payable taxes, if so, the steps taken by the Government to stop tax evasion by those companies and to impose penalties on them for the same?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the names and locations of wind and solar power plants in the country indicating also the expenditure incurred on the establishment of the same in each case; (b) the per unit and per kilowatt price of electricity being produced by the said plants and its comparison with the cost of electricity produced by the recently installed plants in neighbouring countries; and (c) the price at which the Government is purchasing electricity from those plants?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state: (a) the details of action taken by the Government over a number of violations of Indus Water Treaty by India since 2013 with particular reference to the recently inaugurated Kishanganga dam; (b) whether it is a fact that a tunnel has been constructed for the said dam and the height of the dam has been increased against the initially approved design of the same; and (c) whether it is also a fact that an inquiry committee was constituted to look into the negligence on the part of the country’s authorities in respect of those violations, if so, the findings thereof and the action taken on the same?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the details of liabilities of the Pakistan Railways at present; (b) the date on which the assets and liabilities of Pakistan Railways were evaluated last time indicating also the value of these assets;and (c) the measures being taken by the Government to discharge the said liabilities?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state the names and designations of the Government Officers in BPS-20 and above, the Parliamentarians and Judges of High Courts and Supreme Court of Pakistan who availed the facility of medical treatment abroad during the last five years indicating also the expenditure incurred on the same in each case?
